  Definitely 10/10! Everything went exactly as planned, from the scheduled pick up to the amazing tour guide, Marlon. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, informative etc. We loved seeing all of the historic tours. He arrived on time, and the vehicle was clean, as described and air conditioned. My husband and my two kids had a wonderful time (and myself too!) We couldn't be happier with our experience! Highly recommend.

  During my visit to Cartagena I had the opportunity to hire the tour of the historic center with Cartagena Concierge, our guide was Elkin, who was a wonderful person who perfectly understood our tastes and directed us towards a tour specially designed to suit our preferences. Anyone who wants to know Cartagena will have a better Experience if you do it with local experts and thus enjoy your valuable time in the best way. Thank you to Elkin, Cindy, Andrés and the entire Cartagena Concierge team who assisted us not only with the tour but also provided the best recommendations during our visit to this beautiful City.

  Best experience ever. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help and provide the best service. We got to visit the best locations at our own pace, the suggestions and travel tips were amazing, I loved our tour guide, she was an expert and made our experience in Cartagena unforgettable.   After a day of mountain biking and a day of exploring Palenque, I said to her I had one more day, and I want to visit the church of San Pedro, and I wanted a guide to help me navigate the area, but I wanted space to have my own spiritual experience. For most people, that’s a complicated request. Not for Cindy. We went at night, and it was so beautiful walking Along the lit up Spanish fortress walls, following her through the market till we reached San Pedro’s court yard. She showed me were he lived, where he prayed, and many local stories about him…and then just sat back and let me be with my own thoughts, and with my own meditative prayer. I sat with myself for a while, then came to her and we walked the city square and she told me story after story about the Colombians relationship with Christianity, with Jesus, with Gold, with nationalism vs nativism, and so on. This is an experience every man should have. Talking about God, with Cindy, at night, outside the church of San Pedro. Read my three reviews I’ve left Cindy for the three adventures she guided me through, and I hope you will be convinced. I am so lucky to have found her through trip advisor.   Great concierge service. We have a private walking tour of the old city and had an amazing time. The guide Elkin was very knowledgeable about the history of the old city and has great communication skills. We learned a great deal about this beautiful City. Highly recommended.

  Excellent escort, prepared and able to transmit enthusiastic. the ride is made in Van with a good and nice driver who waits for each visita.c 'is a challenging climb, better to avoid the hottest hours. Totally positive opinion.
