You will be welcomed aboard the catamaran by our captain, who will introduce you to the boat. We will then start a peaceful navigation in the Raiatea lagoon where you can admire beautiful green and mountainous landscapes. Arriving in Faaroa Bay, we will anchor for lunch. After this relaxing moment, we will explore the only navigable river in Polynesia. You will discover the lush nature of this authentic island with its tropical and dense vegetation with Polynesian flavors. A very wild atmosphere in a preserved setting. Finally, you will meet Andre who will be happy to share with you his knowledge and culture with his garden with a thousand flavors. Fruit trees, colorful flowers, this gourmet break will plunge you into the heart of Polynesian culture. To conclude this day, watch the sunset as we head to the Bay of Apu on the nearby island of Tahaa.

5.00Captain JB and Chef Ludo made this part of our honeymoon truely, truely exceptional. Taking us to magic places we’d never be able to find ourselves and meet amazing local people we otherwise wouldn’t see, we cannot stress enough the value they provided. Always cheerful and relaxed they took us to see turtles, stingrays, eagle rays and manta rays, sharks, moray eels, we had dolphins swim by the catamaran as we sailed between islands etc etc. If you have any interest in marine life, JB will make sure you get to see them all! Chef Ludo served exceptionally delicious food with a wide variety throughout our 7 day cruise, always with a smile on his face and ready to give you a helping hand with anything you need.
