Marco was lovely to talk with and worked with me to curate a one-of-a-kind experience, considering both my interests and time constraints. Payment was also very easy and seamless as well. Wilson was our tour guide and he is impeccable. His knowledge of Salvador’s history, culture, and customs is impressive and likely unmatched. He was kind, professional and funny, adding a unique twist to a tour of the city. Our driver, Heraldo, was safe, reliable and timely. 5.00Our tour of Salvador was truly exceptional, thanks to our guide, Vagner. He arrived early, ready to share his extensive knowledge of Salvador, its history, the Afro-Brazilian culture, and the local community. Vagner provided excellent information about Salvador and the various sights we visited. Some of the sights we hoped to see were closed, but Vagner made up for it by sharing information about what we would have seen. Vagner also shared information about activities we could do later. The restaurant recommendations he offered were also superb, adding another highlight to our day. We truly enjoyed every moment of this tour and highly recommend it!

5.00Vagner is an excellent guide. He knows so much about history, religion including Candomble, anthropology and Jorge Amado and music and probably more we didn’t ask or have time to talk about. Great way to spend some time in Salvador.
