Join us to experience the rich history of Italian coffee. We will start with a visit to one of Florence's oldest coffee shops, where notable figures such as scholars, artists, and government officials once congregated to shape Italy as we know it today. Learn how coffee has been an integral part of Italian daily life for centuries and continues to hold a special place in the hearts of Italians.

Next, we will indulge in a modern version of coffee with a chocolate pairing at a renowned chocolatier, known for their delicate designs and expertise in chocolate flavor combinations.

As we stroll through the city center, we will make a stop at a family-owned boutique shop for a sweet treat invented just outside Florence, Cantucci, which makes the perfect snack for any time of day.

Finally, we will conclude our tour with a creamy and delicious gelato, where you can continue your coffee journey by trying an artisan coffee flavor or choosing from a selection of house-made flavors.

What To Expect

Church and Museum of Orsanmichele

We will meet in front of the Church of Orsanmichele to start our tour and head over to our first tasting.

We will have our first tasting at a historical cafe in the heart of the city. Enjoy walk through the historical piazza of Piazza della Republica.

Christy was amazing! Took us around Florence and showed us many types of food and explained the history of Florence in relation to food. And everything we tasted was amazing! Would highly recommend this tour with Christy.

As soon as we met up with Christy we knew it would be a great tour. And it was! She took us to places we never would have known about. Everything was delicious and she was so knowledgeable about the city. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a fun day and loves sweets!
