While exploring the peaceful, unspoiled south east Naxos onboard with buru_boat we want you to know: The fresh fish we serve onboard isn't just “local.” It's personal. Every morning, we get our catch from Captain Dimitris (galanogiannis_boat), a fisherman who has worked hand in hand with us the last three years and without whose help and support serving fish onboard would not have been the same. No middlemen, no frozen shipments, just what the sea offers to Captain Dimitris that day, respectfully taken and lovingly prepared for you to enjoy on deck, surrounded by the same Cycladic waters it came from. Everything we cook and serve is bio, real, seasonal, and full of flavor. We hand harvest sea salt from the rocks near Panermos, gather wild capers and pick lemons and oranges from our family’s trees. We collect and dry oregano and other herbs and we produce and use only our own olive oil. Most of the things you taste, if not everything, are locally sourced. Savor the journey with us!

From Panermos Bay, heading to the mystical Rina's Sea Cave, indulge in the finest authentic flavors with a Naxian private chef on board as you sail and explore South East Naxos like a local on a traditional wooden "Varkalas" boat. Every dish served is carefully crafted using fresh, locally sourced fish and ingredients, highlighting the flavors of Naxos. From expertly grilled seafood and seasonal vegetables to self harvested sea salt and capers, dining onboard offers the ultimate combination of savoring the sea, right on the sea.

We'll cruise past and stop at a series of natural, secluded bays, rich with history and authentic Cycladic charm and we'll also anchor in Rina's cave beach, where you’ll have the opportunity to swim inside the cave, explore its hidden natural water springs, or dive off the cliffs. We provide snorkeling gear and swimming aids for all levels, so everyone can enjoy the water safely and comfortably.

5.00We were travelling as a group of 7 women and had the pleasure of enjoying this experience together on my birthday.. I could not have asked for a better day!!! The captain and crew are warm, knowledgeable and EXTREMELY talented. The boat has been beautifully renovated by its owner / captain, and the chef on board is clearly destined for incredible things in her career - we are grateful to have experienced her cooking! Despite it being a windy day on the island, once we stepped on board you wouldn't have known it based on the captain's expert skills in selecting where to go. It was an extremely smooth ride and we spent time relaxing in protected bays. Swimming into Rina's cave was magical and would highly recommend getting into the water for that part of the tour

5.00This boat trip is a gem. It's small and private, and Voula and crew steer you to two beautiful caves in the gorgeous and clear blue Agean, where you can swim to go inside the caves. Voula's sister Poppy cooks you a delicious lunch with fresh caught fish and Greek salad. This was my favorite part of visiting Greece and lovely Naxos island.

5.00By far the best part of our vacation! Voula and her crew went above and beyond for our group of 10. It started with finding transportation to the port. DO NOT ask your hotel for transportation. Our hotel told us transportation was going to cost $640 which made us almost cancel our tour. When reaching out Voula told me to give her a second while she called around for us and had transportation set up for us for WAY less. This crew was fantastic! The food that Poppy made was some of the best food we had on the island. This is truly a private tour that made you feel like you were getting a personalized experience. Lots of laughs, amazing photos, above and beyond service. It is obvious that Voula and her crew love what they do. Would highly recommend this tour, you will not regret it! So grateful we found this excursion for our group.

5.00Hands down one of the most amazing boat trips we've ever taken. Worth every penny. Also one of the best meals we had in Greece. Went with a group of 10 friends and they couldn't have treated us better. Took us to all the right places. Would absolutely recommend this trip for a small group you wont be disappointed. 5.00This was the best experience we had in Naxos, we could not recommend it more! From start to finish the day was perfect. The boat was so beautiful & clean, the locations were private, secluded and stunning, and the food was phenomenal. We expected to eat some fresh fish but we were so pleasantly surprised with one of our best seafood meals in Naxos. The guides were so kind & fun and knew exactly where to take us. Finally, and maybe most importantly — Naxos is very windy & seas can be very rough but this tour was in a strategically calm area of the island and we were so pleased to have the most easy & enjoyable day. 100% recommend, 10/10 experience!

5.00I can’t say enough about this incredible experience in Naxos. Captain Voula is the ultimate host, knowledgeable, passionate, and full of energy. Chef Popi is truly gifted. Her cooking is unforgettable, and I have no doubt she has a bright future ahead. If you’re considering this trip, please don’t give it another thought. Just book it. I’ve done many private boat tours in Greece, and this was absolutely a 5 star experience.

5.00This was hands down the best experience of our trip. Myself and 4 friends booked this tour because it looked beautiful and sounded all-inclusive. What we got was so much more. We received a beautiful and comfortable vessel to sail around the gorgeous Naxos coastline, through gemstone-hued waters, to Rina's cave and more. We were also gifted with so much more. We received amazing hospitality from the entire crew but mostly its bright, knowledgeable, inviting Captain. We were a group of women and men, all queer, and felt seen, safe, and welcomed — both part of their crew and they felt part of ours. We received beautiful photos from our Captain. We had an AMAZING lunch that spoiled all other food in Naxos for us. Freshly caught fish -- prepared to perfection -- the best greek salad I've ever had, the freshest figs (literally picked while we were on the tour), and the freshest sea salt (harvested themselves). The chef on board is a master chef and you should count yourselves lucky to get to partake. On top of all of that, we just had an amazing time! We kept saying how we wish we would've booked a whole day. We felt so taken care of, so welcomed. We saw and swam in some amazing waters. We learned so much. We made beautiful connections with the Captain and crew. Thank you so much! We WILL be back.

5.00I don't know where to start. It was one of the most beautiful experiences we ever had. The food was the best there is on all of Naxos! The girls are totally lovely, helpful and the boat is just a dream. This experience has charm, style and simply everything you could wish for. I don't want to give too much away but it's worth every penny.

5.00Out of a 10-day vacation throughout Greece with fun-filled adventures, this trip was among the best and most memorable adventure I had. After a 1.5 hour drive through the mountains from the port of Naxos to the boat, we arrived to stunning blue water, friendly faces, and a beautiful traditional Greek boat. Chef Poppy and the captain for the day warmly greeted us, shared with us the plan, and we set out for Rina's cave, hugging the coastline along the way. We had unlimited white wine, a stunning swim in a private cove and then also in Rina's cave, and we returned to a gourmet lunch consisting of tartar, crudo, Greek salad, and cooked fish stew. The food was among the best and freshest we had in all of Greece. We were also able to play our own music on the provided speaker, which only added to the great vibes. I 100% recommend this trip without hesitation!
