Our guide, Ruslan, was on time and well prepared for our 2 hour walking tour. He listened as well as he spoke and tried his best to answer all of our questions. We learned a lot about the city, its history, and the many special sites.

Birte was our tour guide, there was extremely heavy rain, but she was fantastic, giving thorough details about the history of Finland and the people, she had great knowledge and we were very happy we continued the tour despite the heavy rain!
