5.00We signed up for the public transportation and walking tour, versus the driving tour, to get a realistic view and feel of Tokyo. Keiji (K), was our tour guide. He was excellent, he spoke English well and interacted very well with our group and provided us with a lot of information, particularly my daughter who had the greatest interest in modern Tokyo. He showed us the old and the latest and greatest trendy parts of the city. My young adult children particularly enjoyed it. I had some concerns after a lot of walking through the hills and stairs on tours in Seoul and South Korea the week before. I Notified the Tours company of my concerns, because of my artificial hip, and they reassured me that there were a lot fewer hills and stairs, then Korea and our guide would do his best to accommodate me. I did more steps on this Tours than any other, almost 20,000. K showed us how to navigate the Tokyo subway system and get where we wanted to go on our own. We use the subway to revisit special spots of interest, some quite a distance away. We had a great time and I highly recommend the tour, ask for K.

2.00It was Average. We made it Easier By taking the taxis everywhere. The lunch was not good. The biggest issue we had is the tour guide was a very nice lady but her English was not very good. Especially for a city walking tour guide.
