Had an amazing private tour with Wild Northern Journey! Andy was very kind and caring, especially during Johnston Canyon. Loved the surprise corner at Fairmont Banff Springs and the peaceful views at Castle Mountain Lookout. Emerald Lake was absolutely beautiful too. Thank you Andy for such a memorable day

We booked a tour with Wild Northern Journey and honestly, it turned out to be such a memorable experience. It felt like one of those days where everything just goes perfectly. One of the highlights was Morant’s Curve — we got incredibly lucky because a train passed by right at that moment. Seeing it move along the tracks with the Bow River beside it and the snow-covered Canadian Rockies in the background was just unreal. Johnston Canyon was beautiful too, especially with all the frozen waterfalls — it felt like walking through a winter fairytale. Peyto Lake was another favourite, the way it’s shaped really does look like a wolf’s face. And driving along the Icefields Parkway… that’s something I’ll never forget. Every turn had a view better than the last. The whole day was just amazing, and a big part of that was our guide. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable — you could tell he genuinely enjoyed what he does. Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Highly recommend!

We had an unforgettable wildlife tour with Wild Northern Journey! It was our first time seeing wild rams in real life—until now, I only knew “ram” as a truck haha…. We were incredibly lucky to also spot a black bear, several elk, and beautiful rams throughout the trip. Carlos was a wonderful guide who made the experience even more special by sharing fascinating stories, including the famous “Boss” grizzly bear. The scenery was absolutely magnificent—pure nature at its best. A truly memorable experience with my parents that we will never forget! Highly recommend

We had such an amazing tour experience with Wild Northern Journey! We visited many beautiful places across Banff National Park, and every stop was absolutely stunning. Our guide, Andy, was a true gentleman—very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Banff. He made the trip even more enjoyable with his fun personality. One of the funniest moments was when he told us that the “original Banff” is actually in Scotland—not this Banff—such a great sense of humor! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Big thanks to Wild Northern Journey for such a memorable tour. Highly recommended
