No wet swimwear on the vehicle, you need to bring a change of dry clothes
Tours can be cancelled due to bad weather
Tours can be cancelled if the bookings do not meet the minimum amount of travellers.

5.00Yvette was really great. She underestimated how long I take to do things, so we had A LOT of time left over. So she gave me a tour around the entire island to fill up the time. Very friendly and super competent, I highly recommend.

5.00Of all the shore excursions we had on our recent cruise, Terrvette's was by far the outstanding shining star of them all! EVERYTHING went smoothly, was as advertised (and more) and you couldn't ask for more professional and friendly people than Yvette and her son Daniel - who was our guide for the day. We had a full-day tour of the island and Daniel was most accommodating in taking us where we wanted to go and had some great additional suggestions to make our day special. He provided interesting facts and information about Barbados and most importantly, gave personal insights as to life as a Bajan. We felt like we spent the day with a friend not a tour guide. That was the overall takeaway I got from Terrvette Tours - you are dealing with people who truly care about your experience and their priority is to make sure you leave their island paradise with the best impression of its people. Here are things you won't have on your private Terrvette Tour: No stupid tour guide jokes, insulting your intelligence. No tour guides singing loudly and off-key into a microphone. No time wasted waiting for others who can't seem to get back to the vehicle on time. No rush to leave a beautiful location if you just want to spend five or ten minutes just savoring a sight. No grubbing or cajoling for tips. Sadly, this is what many cruise excursions have devolved to. Terrvette's is the antithesis of those kinds of operators. Daniel was prompt, always waited patiently where he said he would be and greeted us with a smile when we returned. I had no doubt or concern whatsoever that we would be returned back to our port in PLENTY of time. Consider that we all only get one life, and perhaps just one time to visit a paradise like Barbados. IMO it is an imperative to spend a bit more, get a private guide from Terrvette's and go home with wonderful memories and true knowledge of Barbados and the incredible people who call it home.

5.00Yvette was right on time for our pickup at Cruise port in Barbados. Clearly communicating where and when to meet. New Toyota van and very comfortable as we toured Barbados . She suggested several locations to see based on our interest. The highlight Green Monkey reserve. Yvette went out of her way to help with luggage and make sure we were comfortable along the way. 5.00Prior to the tour, I provided a list of locations we'd like to visit. We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Stewart. He is a native Bajan and accommodated every request on the itinerary. He was very knowledgeable and took us to the perfect locations for photos at every stop. He suggested a wonderful place for lunch towards the end of our tour (Dina's), and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a wonderful day.

4.00Really enjoyed our tour with Daniel for my birthday from a cruise ship. Hes a great guy and an excellent driver. I have a back problem but I needn't have worried as he drove so well. I would highly recommend the them for private tours, think they are family run. He was exactly on time and his vehicle was comfortable clean and perfectly cool. I did find the company a little difficult to get in touch with (mainly through trip advisor) hence the 4 stars. If you book with them be specific about exactly what you want to see as they are keen to show off more of the island than you ask for! But dont hesitate to book with them.

5.00Yvette and Terry were wonderful to work with! We received communication from Yvette ahead of time through the app and via text and she gave exact instructions on when and where to meet Terry. She asked what was important for us to see, and we told her of our 8 year old son and his interests. She came up with a great itinerary and our stops were some of our favorites while on an excursion during our cruise. Terry was well informed, interesting to listen to, and gave us good details on what to do at our stops. Absolutely recommend them! Thanks for everything!
