The tour was very nice and it was a lot of fun with Mangala. He tries very hard and responds to every little wish. Can be recommended to everyone! Also the trip is very worth seeing and let it quietly give tips at the sights.

  • Great excursion with Mangala!

Great excursion with Mangala! This guide is at the top, he listens to every request and time passes very quickly by his side, knowing that there is a little more than 3 hours between Kandy and Sigiriya. Seriously the tuktuk ride was incredibly pleasant despite the rain. It also takes great photos, and customizes everything on demand. Just be careful when it rains excessively to climb pudirangala rock, it is quite slippery and therefore dangerous. I took the brunt, a slip on the descent, injured in the elbow and completely wet from head to toe because of the rain. However, thanks to Mangala who was there when I returned, I was able to buy a new shirt thanks to him and we laughed a lot so not even a lot in the end. I hope you are lucky enough to have a guide like him, there is no better way to discover Sri Lanka 😊

  • Great day out

Great day out - good value for money and very friendly guide. It's a good idea to have a plan in your head of where you would like to go on the list of places as entry cost isn't included and all the places add up. We went to the cave temple, the Hindu temple (only outside as currently closed) and Sigriya Rock. Mangala was willing to be flexible for us and happy for us not to do safari etc. We had a great time and would recommend.

Today we did our tour to Dambulla and Sigiriya with our guide Mangala. He designed and adapted the tour according to our wishes. Whether it was about the places themselves or just a snack in between. He even adapted the route perfectly to the weather. We had a very nice day:)

We had an awesome time with this day trip to Sigiriya Rock & Dambulla Cave Temple. Our trip started later than the schedule time but this company offered flexibility to us. We had the chance to visit places that we want at easy pace without rushing. The tuk tuk driver Mangala came earlier for pick up, he has been very caring & patient with us, and he is a skillful tuk tuk driver as well. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing and fun day tour with Mangala, who is very attentive, flexible and truly takes care of everything! The program can be adjusted based on preferences, but count for approx. 2h ride one-way (with stunning views on landscapes and urban scapes!). And bonus points: Mangala takes great pictures !:)

It was an unforgettable experience. At the beginning we were a bit apprehensive because of the long day in a tuk tuk, busy roads and long distances but… as soon as we got out of Kandy, it was just marvellous . The fresh air, gentle wind, spectacular views and the tuk tuk soundtrack, made the day unforgettable. Our 7 year old son normally gets vey car sick but none at all in the Tuk Tuk… he was thrilled! Managala speaks just enough English for basics but he is such a lovely person that through smiles and happiness made us feel comfortable and we made it through the day without any problems. He has good local knowledge and showed us the best scenic spots! He also stopped us being overcharged by local guides. Definitely recommend it! Tuk Tuk all the way! 🛺

MANGALA, the best guide of our entire holiday in Sri Lanka. He arrived to pick us up punctually in the morning at the hotel and we started our excursion starting from Kandy in the direction of the temple of Matale, which unfortunately on our arrival was under renovation. Being under renovation he himself advised us not to buy the ticket to visit its interior, but to appreciate it only from the outside. It was still worth it. After the temple he made us pause for a moment to appreciate the skill of the wood craftsmen, with a simple explanation from a guy in the shop, free. Very nice and appreciable experience. After that, our excursion included a visit to the spice garden, and a visit to the gem museum, which we chose not to do because they were already made the day before. He made no objections and we left in the direction of Sigirya. We chose to climb the "lion's rock"; it was very challenging but we were rewarded by the view when we arrived at the top. As an alternative to the "Lion's Rock" he had proposed "pidurangala rock", a rock opposite , with the same view but with different trekking. Back down from the rock, we chose to go on the village safari. Here too, as an alternative, he had proposed the elephant safari. Mangala was very good in taking us where according to him the offer of the village safari was more complete and fairer based on the "quantity / price". It was quite a touristy thing, but I do not regret doing it at all, in fact I recommend it. After that, last stop, "Rock Temple" and "Golden Temple, of which I can not describe the beauty of the first. After the tour, he took us back to the hotel. Mangala was fair to us and respected the whole itinerary, which usually does not happen almost ever. Ah, I forgot, not only is he a great driver, but also a great photographer and he is very nice. We can only thank him and recommend him to all of you. We will carry it in our hearts.
