What To Expect

Guide and driver will pick you up from you hotel at 8;30am, private transfer to Tianmen moutain, get ready to take the world's longest cable car to the top of Tianmen Mountain, 7.5km long. Once we arrive at the mountaintop, wander along the Ghost Path, 1400m above land. Along the way, you can also appreciate tourist attractions like Celestial Mountain Top, Glass Path etc. You can also marvel at such sights as the 99-Turn Road and the 999-Steps that lead to the gate of Tianmen from up high on a glass sky walkto take a chairlift to see the Tianmen temple, or choose to walk along a footpath. We will then take the escalator to reach Tianmen Gate. After descending Tianmen Mountain, we will take a shuttle bus ride along the Heaven-Linking Avenue. late lunch in a local resturant . After lunch break, then we will transfer to zhangjiajie grand canyon for the world’s longest glass bridge . The glass bridge is built between two mountains of zhangjiajie Grand canyon, it is 435meters long and 6meters wide , With a height of 375meters from bottoms ). After your tour is finished, you will be transferred to your hotel • This program only covers Glass Bridge only and does not cover Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Scenic Area & Waterfalls due to time constraint. • We may use cable car up and finish the tour with bus ride or use bus ride up and finish the tour with cable car ride . We visited the Tianmen Mountains in November 2023 and took the private day tour. Our tour guide Ella was amazing. English is our only langauge. Ella's English was exceptional, clear and flowing and her continuous smile made the day one of the most enjoyable we had on our 4 week visit to China. Ella's knowledge of the moutains and the National park was exceptional and where we have struggled to understand all the concepts on some other tours, this was not the case on this tour. On this particular day we had opted for pacific attractions, but as we where completing these in good time, Ella gave us the option to undertake more area's to explore, which we accepted. 10/10 Ella

We had a wonderful trip and everything was just perfect and beyond our expectation . We had a very tight schedule of 1.5 days only. I myself and my wife booked this trip through Tripadvisor and we were rightly advised by Venus one of the lovely tour guides to have the Tiamen mountain trip on the day earlier to our original booking since forecast said that there was going to be rain on the day of our original booking . We added then another event of visiting national park on the following day in addition to glass bridge as well according to the recommendation of Venus. That was a very thoughtful suggestion.! Now realized that how useful this could be to have a little mail communication with the guide before the trip. We were then arranged by Venus to be picked up from the Airport and then to be dropped off at the Airport on the following day.We were offered to keep our luggage in the tour car while reaching thw airport and also after checking out of the hotel early morning on the following day trip. Since we could not eat anything other than Muslim Halal food , both the guides Venus and Esther arranged nice dinner and lunch with fish and plenty of vegetables . Esher was so nice that she finally assisted us to have our airport check in properly . What else could you expect from a tour guide! We will always remember these two tour guides and. Will not hesitate to recommend them to our relatives and friends .They both went out of the way to meet our requirements .

we were in constant touch with the organising company via WeChat where the helped us solve other issues apart of our trip. Our tour guide, Mathew, was very professional with excellent English level. Apart from good communication skills he also had a good knowledge of western cultures. The whole day was very pleasant and well organised. We have plenty of very nice pictures together as Mathew offered to take them for us. Great tour and support, we recommend to everyone.
