Our professional English-speaking guide and experienced driver will meet you at 8:30am in the lobby of your Shanghai hotel . Then you will be transferred to Suzhou to visit one of the most famous gardens in China -Master of Nets Garden; Then visit the landmark of Suzhou- Tiger Hill, and visit Suzhou No 1 Silk factory ( optional) . Then drive to No 1 China Water Town - Zhouzhuang which we call China Venice. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your Shanghai hotel around 7pm.

Master-of-Nets Garden
Sometimes the smallest package can contain the most magnificent gift. The Master of Nets Garden is a clear example of this. It is the smallest of the Suzhou residential gardens, yet it is the most impressive because of its use of space which creates the illusion of an area that is much greater than its actual size. Even more than the architectural achievement is the mood of tranquility and harmony that it embodies.

Visit the landmark of Suzhou- Tiger Hill, A famous Song Dynasty (960-1279) poet, Su Shi said, 'It is a lifelong pity if having visited Suzhou you did not visit Tiger Hill.'

Great tour from Shanghai cruise port to Suzhou tourist sites.

5.00Our driver and guide was Zhu. He was well prepared, greeted us warmly. He was a good driver and pointed out sites to us as we traveled from the Shanghai cruise port to Suzhou tourist sites. He shared China's history and spoke good English. He was patient when we asked questions. I would highly recommend Zhu to anyone and would look him up again when we are in the Shanghai area. His van was new and comfortable as we were 2 couples traveling together.

5.00A professional English-speaking guide Qinqin and a experienced driver, took us on a day trip to Suzhou and Water Town Zhouzhuang. Very interesting and nice information about all the sights we visited. Can really rekommend anyone interested on Chinese Culture to make this trip from Shanghai (fits all ages).

5.00Quin Quin our guide is awesome! Very knowledgeable on the history, culture and general tips on how to get most from the tour. Her English is very good, and she is extremely flexible to adapt the itinerary to our desires. We added a Silk Factory tour and she joined us for lunch after helping to track down some Vegetarian food.
She even helped us find a reasonable shoe store after my daughter's shoe broke.
The only consideration about this tour, and its up to the customer to decide, is that there is a lot to see in Suzhou and Zhouzhuang to squeeze into an 11 hour tour. We would have loved to spend more time in the water town just strolling, but are hard pressed to think what we would have skipped instead. But you can decide.
I would definitely recommend Quin Quin and this tour.
