1.00Customer service and chat experience horrible. My simple request for a confirmation time for pick up required me to chat with four representatives and I had to text message the driver three times before I received a reply. Then he insisted on an early pickup so he could get a $10 additional fee. I changed the time for 15 minutes later to avoid this bogus charge as I had already spent $55 for a 30 minute ride. I spent over an hour just to get a confirmation time. Ridiculous!!!

1.00Booked large van for 4 people with attached notes that we are 4 people with 8 suitcases. At time of departure a smaller vehicle arrived unwilling to take all passengers and luggage. Driver was argumentative and we were forced to hire a taxi van to take 2 passengers and their luggage separately at additional cost. Operator acknowledged receiving the note but its at their discretion to accommodate. Even though a larger van was reserved well in advance and notes were made about luggage, they still sent a smaller vehicle but at a large van cost. Not impressed.
