No Communication At All!

1.00I am giving this company a 1 star because they NEVER respond back on emails/text messages. I had originally purchased this several months in advance. After purchasing it I realized that I needed to change my pickup time earlier by 30 minutes. I contacted them through the contact info on Viator 1 month in advance and received no answer. A week before I left on my trip I emailed them again. No response. When I arrived in Singapore I tried to contact them multiple times through whatsapp. No reply. I looked up their website and called the number provided and it had been disconnected. I emailed them through the email on their website and no answer. Finally, I contacted Viator and spoke with one of their support people and he indicated he would reach out to the vendor and make sure they picked me up at 5 am. The driver did show up at 5 am and he was very nice and the car was very comfortable so I hate giving them a 1 star because the service provided was very good. But the only way that I can think of getting this people to respond to communication from customers is to give them a 1 star. Very frustrating.

1.00Customer service and chat experience horrible. My simple request for a confirmation time for pick up required me to chat with four representatives and I had to text message the driver three times before I received a reply. Then he insisted on an early pickup so he could get a $10 additional fee. I changed the time for 15 minutes later to avoid this bogus charge as I had already spent $55 for a 30 minute ride. I spent over an hour just to get a confirmation time. Ridiculous!!!
