3.00The driver was on time and politel however, picking us up at the Hotel Riu Victoria was a challenge. ROAD construction has the road closed in front if the hotel and we had to walk to the next street with 4 pieces of luggage. Sadly, i called the company the day b4 to confirm and alert them that the driver can still pull up to the front of the hotel and the hotel moves the road cones to allow drop off snd pickup. Of course, the driver claimed he was never told.
Do not book this transfer.

1.00I thought I purchased a transfer from our hotel in London to our cruise ship. Viator just called an Uber for us. The guy showed up in a little Kia which would not accommodate us and our luggage, so he just left. We had to find our own way to the ship. I am still waiting for credit from Viator. I sent them a request for credit, but they have not responded. You would think they might have contacted us when we had no ride, but they have not.
