The city of Chengdu is known for its mouthwatering hot and spicy cuisine. In the “City of Gastronomy”, food is something you can not miss. Rather than going to a restaurant and get lost from the Chinese menu, you can also have a private dining experience with Chilli Cool.
This private dining experience offers you an opportunity to enjoy authentic Sichuanese cuisine at Chilli Cool House. Instead of going to a restaurant, you can enjoy a more interesting and immersive experience -Optional participatory cooking and dining activities. It will be a great way to socialize with a group of friends or families, learn new cooking techniques, and try a variety of dishes, you can set up your own lunch/dinner based on more than 50+ dishes. This is a completely personal experience, private dining room, private kitchen, unlimited beers, and drinks are all provided.
We can also help prepare surprises in advance, like Birthday surprise or Anniversary surprise.

What To Expect
**Meet Your Host at Liangjiaxiang Metro Station (Exit D)** – from there, you'll be escorted to the authentic Chilli Cool House. Step into a beautiful Chinese traditional house, where a private room has been prepared exclusively for your group. Settle in with local Gaiwan tea and traditional snacks as you take a moment to relax and set the stage for the culinary journey ahead. After soaking in the serenity of Sichuan tea culture, you're invited to step into the kitchen. Watch or join a professional chef in preparing classic Sichuan dishes. Follow along step by step as ingredients transform into aromatic masterpieces, and discover the stories behind the region's famous spices and seasonings. Then comes the main event: a feast of authentic Sichuan flavors. The table will be filled with both bold spicy dishes and lighter vegetable plates—each one a true representation of the region's culinary heritage. You'll witness the care that goes into every dish before savoring them yourself. Throughout the meal, tea is served free flow, and each guest will enjoy one complimentary beer or soft drink of their choice.

5.00So much fun and so delicious, we can't recommend this class enough. It started with a stroll through a local market with Lance, who not only knows an incredible amount about ingredients and Sichuan cooking, but is also just a genuinely fun guy to hang out with. After the market tour we chilled with some tea, and then things got serious and we prepped our five dishes. Once we moved to the woks, it all went from zero to lightning-fast: We teamed up at several wok stations, and thankfully there were three super attentive staff members hovering just enough to make sure we didn't burn the place down. They kept us on track while we tried to keep up with the pace. Finally we all gathered to eat our amazing dished. Absolutely worth it.

5.00This class was legit and lots of fun 😊 we made a veggie dish, mapo tofu and a pork dish, but the teacher mentioned there are sometimes vegetarian or pork-free classes. It started by meeting with our guide Helena, walking through the market and hearing some history and learning about some ingredients. Then we got to the workshop, had some tea and fruit, and got started cooking under Jerry’s guidance. Every group tried everyone’s food to see who cooked it best and how slight changes make for different flavors. At the end, we feasted. Both Helena and Jerry were super nice and helpful and cultivated a good time. This helped us connect with Sichuan food and Chengdu in a way that was really nice. I’d highly recommend!
