4.00This has the potential to be a great tour. Yuliya our guide was fabulous and very easy going (5 star for her). We did indeed got to see the a lot of Doha in a day. The boat trip was my favorite though I really liked the Musherib area as well. For deducting a star: the price and the lack of details. We went with 3 people (single small sedan transport). The boat ride is cheap per person. They charge the same price per person which makes no sense. It is as if we each made a separate booking. They should have a group pricing. They need to include some more details on the itinerary so we would know what to wear (or not to wear) and do other preparations e.g for lunch. It is clearly a new tour and needs some refining.

1.00Disappointing. We were never picked up at the designated time. We called the phone, send message on What's App and direct message through Trip advisor without response. They contacted us later and said they could do it that day (about 4 hours after our scheduled time) and we already had made other plans and that was our only option. We took the only option. The guide was not very knowledgable. She took us to a "mall" and walked us around the outside. This was to include a boat tour and the guide said we had to pay for it because she had no money. Needless to say we didn't do that as had already paid for it. We contacted provider after and asked for full refund since this consumed the best part of day and ruined our other plans. They gave us 50% which did not account for our time nor the lost day on this trip. Very disappointing and we'd strongly recommend you not do this tour with this provider. We are seasoned travelers and know "how this works" and this is not how to run a business.
