This semi-private experience offers the deepest level of dedicated attention while sharing the adventure with someone close to you. By venturing to our hidden "gem" surf spot, you escape the crowds for a peaceful session where the focus is entirely on your two-person team.
We prioritize your time, providing a full 2-hour experience from the moment we reach the sand. Your private instructor adapts entirely to your pace, providing the personalized feedback needed to accelerate your progress. Whether cheering each other on or refining technique side-by-side, this tailored approach ensures a joyful, connected experience in the water!
Note: Perfect for couples, friends, or parent/child. For two kids, one must be 9+ and the other 7+ for safety; otherwise, individual instructors are recommended.

What To Expect
Escape the busy tourist tracks as we head to a hidden "gem" surf spot for a peaceful and focused session away from the crowds. Your adventure begins at our shop, just 100 meters from the shore, where you can change and store your valuables. We believe in maximizing your time, so you’ll enjoy a full 2-hour experience starting the moment we reach the sand. This includes a dynamic warm-up and beach theory followed by plenty of time in the water. Our coaching is completely personalized to your skill level. If you are a beginner, your instructor will use flippers to help stabilize your board and give you the perfect push into the waves. For intermediate surfers, your instructor will surf right alongside you, providing real-time tips to refine your technique as you catch waves together. After a light post-surf stretch, we’ll head back to the shop where you can enjoy a quick rinse to freshen up before your next adventure.

5.00We had a lot of fun with Surf Life Tenerife!!! We had many private sessions, mainly with Edu and also with Patrick and we were very satisfied. The vibe is very good and the surfing spot is never really crowded.

5.00What an amazing experience! When Samuel arrived in the van yesterday with his huge smile we knew this was going to be a fantastic day 😁. I was so happy to arrange a private lesson for our first time with Surf Life Tenerife. Carolina was so helpful in arranging the lesson over WhatsApp. And Muchas Gracias to Patrick for giving me and my son an amazing first surf lesson. My son was so happy, we loved Patrick’s teaching and he ensured we we ready to get into the water after a warm up and some tips to get up onto the board. He kept my son safe at all times and encouraged us to keep trying, he is so patient and his knowledge on timing and catching the waves and overall surfing experience is excellent. 🙌🙌🙌. We both managed to surf with no experience and honestly when they say surfing causes extreme happiness they are so right!. Yesterday was our best ever day on holiday and we look forward to continuing learning and come back next time we are in Tenerife ❤️❤️

5.00We had a private couple surf lesson, and it was an incredible experience! The team was super professional and welcoming from the very beginning—great organization, friendly advice, and a warm reception. Our instructor was excellent, making sure we learned properly and had a fantastic & safe time in the water. This lesson completely turned around a previous bad experience we had with another surf school. You can tell this small surf school genuinely cares about teaching and creating a great experience. 5.00I and my wife had a great time with Surf Life Tenerife! We had private lessons with Edu and he taught us very well while we also had a lot of fun together. We also had a few group lessons with Guillermo and Marta which were also great! Everyone in the team was very nice, welcoming and helpful with good vibes:) We also liked the teaching location as it was never really crowded. Looking forward to the next sessions with you guys!:)

5.00My two boys (11 and 14) wanted surf lessons. The previous year they had three days tuition in Gran Canaria.. and wanted to get back in the surf whilst we were in Tenerife. We searched around and we wanted a more private lesson for them. This was perfect.. although aimed at 'couples' this worked really well. Once booked we were contacted quickly by Surf Life to start arranging details (even though we booked early evening....). We quickly switched to communicating via WhatsApp where we could confirm a few more things about the boys and the previous experience. Although we were staying a little further out from their normal pick up radius (Playa Parisio) ... we were offered a pickup and drop off for our two boys AND both myself and the other half.... for a very reasonable fee (half the price of a return taxi/Uber). We had a WhatsApp message the night before to confirm pickup time. We were picked up on time as communicated... and following two further stops to pickup other surfers... we were well on our way to the Surf centre. Once dropped off at the Surf Centre, they were quickly suited up and assigned boards and were heading the short walk (200m) to the beach. A short reminder of the basics on the beach.. a bit of stretching ... and they were out in the waves. After a few tumbles off the board, they were back into the swing of things, catching the waves. Throughout the session the boys were looked after and provided some tuition and pointers on their technique. The time went so quickly .... and the boys were back ashore glugging water and consuming some well earned calories... Would recommend Surf Life for Surf tuition as they were extremely friendly, communicative and great value.. and if you have kids that want a more private lesson, know that they will be looked after. Will be booking again when we are next back in Tenerife....
