3.00Despite messaging contact at all arrival points ie plane has landed, collecting luggage etc they were not at meeting point had to text and wait 3 mins for them to arrive and then a further 5 mins until brought to where driver was

4.00The company was there on time and the van was clean. The only issue is had was that after 34 hours of travel i felt like they weren't in a hurry to get me to the hotel. Our trip was outside the distance covered by the flat rate so they charged an additional amount which they told me about ahead of time and I was ok with that. I think they should have charged me before I arrived because I had to wait an additional 20 min at the airport while they figured out the payment because they didn't accept AMEX. This may not have bothered me as much if it wasn't 2am and I hadn't been traveling for over 30 hours. Other than that it was a quiet peaceful ride home once we were on our way. I would use them again.
