5.00Four our early morning tour, we met up with our tour guide Thrinh Hong Nhung and Anh Thu and Ba Dinh Square for the flag salute. Followed by a walk towards the Temple of Literature and stopping close by for an Authentic Pho for breakfast. The Pho we had was full of flavor on and pairing it with the fried dough was a unique experience that we never had before. Nhung provided us a well detailed background and history of the Temple of Literature. Afterwards we went for some delicious egg coffee to end the tour. We had an amazing experience with both Nhung and Thu we highly recommend the Hanoi Free Private Tour.

5.00Mrs Rosie was a delight to go walking with in Hanoi. Her English is excellent and she is a very sweet person. She took us to the Temple of Literature with fantastic explanations of what we were seeing. The choice is yours to do as much or as little as you prefer. We shared a delicious lunch with her & experienced many beautiful photo opportunities. Truly a memorable experience & well worth doing. Ask for Mrs Rosie. She is a sweetie

5.00I can only highly recommend booking a free walking tour with students in Hanoi. This was truly one of my highlights during my entire trip in Vietnam. My guide Maiya was so kind and showed me around the city. She was really the best, we even met again a couple of days later for dinner. I enjoyed the walking tour so much and told everyone about it afterwards as it’s really unique being guided by students.

5.00My early morning Hanoi walking tour with Jade was a delight! We visited the Quang Ba flower market, a nearby wholesale market, then walked the Old Quarter as merchants were busy setting up for the day. We also visited a restored Old Quarter home from the early 1800s. Jade was well-organized in deciding how to schedule our stops, she was flexible in adjusting the itinerary for any specific interests I had, and of course she was knowledgeable and very good at explaining the history and cultural aspects of our stops.

5.00My guide Daniel was really flexible and tailored the tour based on my needs, we visited the mausoleum in the morning and then showed me a traditional Vietnamese house with a lot of stories behind. Finally we tried local coconut coffee at a wonderful hidden place I never would have found on my own. The English spoken was very good and I am happy to have helped someone improve their skills. I really recommend this experience!

5.00Silky was our guide who took us on a delightful tour of Hanoi we started at sunrise to see the city come to life which was a great way, seeing people do Fai Chi and then it moved into the rush hour traffic moped central - wow I’ve never seen so many. We seen some great cultural sites such as the Mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh and the cathedral. this was a great introduction to a very exciting city. I got birthday gift from Rachel as guide during Hanoi Sightseeing. Very grateful to Rachel for introducing me to Vietnamese culture and the superb walking tour Hanoi such as Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Temple Literature Văn Miếu Quốc Tử Giám, Famous Train Street, Hanoi Opera House,Hoan Kiem Lake, St Joseph's Cathedral and Lunch at Bun Cha Obama ( Bun Cha Huong Lien ). At Hanoi Opera House, I met with group of mature women age around 60 - 84. They gathering took photo to celebration birthday one of old women age 84. She was same birthday date with Me at Dec 23th. So me 44th and her 84 different generation and different country met Hanoi Opera House sing Happy Birthday together. My Amazing memory of visiting Vietnam as My Birthday 44th on 23 Dec 2025 - thank you - terima kasih.
