The Eiffel Tower is spectacular, but there’s more to this part of Paris than meets the typical tourist's eye. On this 3-hour walking tour, you'll get a deeper look at the historic 7th arrondissement, Paris' noblest district. Marvel at ‘The Thinker’ and other famous sculptures at Musée Rodin, stop to enjoy some fine cheese and pastries and see where Napoleon is buried at Les Invalides. Views of the Eiffel Tower from the Champ de Mars won’t disappoint, either. This tour is held in private.

An excellent tour that I felt really gave insight into the way normal Parisians live, as well as highlighting some of the best things about Paris and France in general. The guide was fantastic and very knowledgable about all of the areas we visited and was more than willing to discuss daily life in France with me we had a great chat about life in France vs the United States where I am from. Highly recommend taking this tour for a balanced look at life in Paris and some beautiful sites as well.

This is a great tour, the best one we did in Paris last week. May 22, 2015 We met our tour guide, Solene, perfectly on time. We spoke for a few minutes and walked to the Rodin Museum. It was a fairly quick visit, but we enjoyed our time there and we viewed amazing sculptures, like the Thinker. This is world class! I did not take notes, but rather many photos, as that is my love. We vsited the famous Veterans Hospital and Chapel, and learned more interesting French history. Afterwards we walked to a very special cheese shop and tasted delicious cheese, that Solene bought and gave us to take back, to further enjoy in our hotel. We walked to a district with great food shops and we had coffee in a wonderful cafe, tasty pastry as well as bread.. Eventually we walked to the Eiffel Tower and learned all about this very historical area, as well as the origin of probably the most visited structure on earth. This was or best tour, as our guide was so friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Coincidentally we ran in to Solene later that day as she was guiding a private tour. Solene found us, in the midst of the busty City of Lights, as we where walking near the Paris Opera House. The is a very special tour with a very, very special person and tour guide.

This was an outstanding outing. My husband, and two daughters10 and 14 thoroughly enjoyed the leisurely walk. All of the sights were wonderful, but the best part of the tour was the chance to visit shops and cafes that are frequented by Parisians. Our guide was wonderful! She was informative and knowledgeable. We really felt special. I recommend this highly for a charming, leisurely outing.
