Experience a comfortable boat trip through Nappstraumen via magical natural gems in spectacular nature and birdlife to idylic Nusfjord in peace and quiet without queues. Combined with a majestic mountain hike.
The route can be adapted to the individual group's wishes within the duration of the trip. How much time you want to spend by boat, sightseeing in Nusfjord and hiking is flexible. You decide!
We prepare coffee and cinnamon buns on the mountain hike if the weather plays along. As the crow flies, the hike is 6,4 km and 769 meters of elevation. Under normal conditions, we will spend about 5 hours on the mountain hike.
Welcome to a trip that is both comfortable, a little tiring and eventful!
Please note that the weather can change quickly in Lofoten. This means that the trip may have to be adapted to the conditions for the comfort and safety of the guests.

Important technical information when booking this experience: One person equals the whole boat. Regardless of the number of travelers (maximum 4), you book only 1. If you try to book more than one, the system will reply that “The date is sold out”. So, book only for 1 person and you will be ok.

What To Expect
There will be a sightseeing through Nappstraumen enjoying the nature and local wildlife. More often than not, we will be able to spot sea eagles. We will also visit Strømøya, a hidden gem only accessible by boat.
Ballstad
Sightseeing. Ballstad is a fisherman's village with vibrant life and home to many activities. Down in the harbor, you'll find several activities like kayaking, diving, and snorkeling, which takes you out to the small islands outside Ballstad. It is possible to dock and go ashore in Ballstad.

5.00We had an amazing time with the entire family. We fished some Pollock and mackarell and had the privilege to learn how to filet a fish. The day ended up with a grilled Mackarell and a pollock mango ceviche. The organisation was perfect and the capitaine and his wife are truly amazing people. 100% recommendations this experience.
