In this tour we will cross the boarder and visit the French Basque Country.
First stop we will visit Bayonne, a charming small city full of historic buildings and a lovely quaint downtown with the impressive UNESCO World Heritage List in 1998.
Second stop it will be Biarritz, One of the most posh beach resorts of the Basque Coast. It is a luxurious seaside town and is popular with tourists and surfers.
And the Third stop is St-Jean-de-Luz, Former Basque Corsairs’ capital, this small fishing village became rich in the 16th century from fishing and whaling. colorful houses long beach and a lot of history.
Driving time it will be 1 hour to go and another hour to come back

5.00A five-star experience along the French coast. We were picked up at the hotel and enjoyed a private tour of Bayonne, Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Everything was perfectly organized and the mini van was very comfortable, which made the tour even more enjoyable. Professional, punctual and attentive service at all times. Fully recommended!

5.00What a memorable experience! The itinerary was perfectly planned, taking us through stunning coastal scenery and charming towns, each with its own unique character and history. We especially loved San Juan de Luz — such a beautiful place with a lovely atmosphere. Our guide was exceptional — warm, engaging, and full of fascinating insights that really brought the places to life. We also appreciated how comfortable the vehicle was, which made the journey relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly and felt very well organized. A truly wonderful day — I would absolutely recommend this tour!

5.00We had an amazing French Coast tour visiting Bayonne, Biarritz, and Saint-Jean-de-Luz. It was a beautiful sunny day, which made the landscapes and coastal views even more stunning. Each stop felt unique and full of character. Our guide was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the region. We learned a lot while enjoying charming towns, great scenery, and a relaxed pace. Highly recommended — a fantastic experience!

5.00You will visit 3 beautiful and unique Basque towns and enjoy strolling through the streets of their old town areas. Matteo was an excellent guide along the way. He recommended a lovely seaside restaurant for lunch.

5.00We had a wonderful tour of the French Basque country with the knowledgeable and kind Martin. Martin provided great insight into the culture of the region and helped us make the most of our visit to these three towns. Each town was unique and provided its own highlights. Martin also helped us navigate some of the local gastronomic specialties, guiding us through the three very different local markets. We sampled, among other things, chocolate and Espelette pepper in Bayonne and original Macaron in Biarritz. We visited the Cathédrale Sainte-Marie de Bayonne and in St. Jean de Luz, the Église St-Jean Baptiste where Louis the XIV married María Teresa, daughter of King Philip IV of Spain, in 1660. We also got a chance to swim at the beautiful La Grande Plage in Biarritz, after visiting the iconic lighthouse and the Mercado Les Halles. As an added bonus we got to see traditional Basque dancers at a festival in the town square in St. Jean de Luz. I would highly recommend this trip as a great way to see the French Basque Country.

5.00Absolutely wonderful trip! Matteo was a superb host and provided so many interesting insights on the tour. It was very relaxed and stress-free. The three cities are absolutely stunning and charming at the same time. I was able to take some of the most stunning photos of the French coastline. This experience felt like traveling with a friend. Highly recommend!
