Your group will spend the day enjoying the many isles and harbors of the U.S and BVIs on your own private powerboat. MV Aquarius is a 2019, 31' Wellcraft with twin 300hp Yamaha engines. This price is for a private group up to 12 guests, this is not a price per person . Our Captain will design an itinerary allowing you to visit the islands and harbors of St. Thomas and St. John and the British Virgin Islands or the many surrounding cays. The bow offers seating for conversations, tanning or turtle watching.
Equipped with the latest in audio, Aquarius has a Fusion sound system with Bluetooth to ensure you enjoy your favorite tunes. There is plenty of snorkeling equipment on board to enjoy the coral and abundance of tropical fish. PICKUP IS AMERICAN YACHT HARBOR IN ST. THOMAS. Please be aware that the BVI collects a customs fee per person of $75 upon entrance to the BVIs. This must be paid direct by the guest.

Seas the Day USVI is dedicated to a healthy experience. We have partnered with RayBiotech and all of our Captains and Crew are tested for Covid 19 each month. You will see each wearing a Covid Free bracelet. Each of our vessels are sanitized after each trip using established CDC and WHO guidelines. Since this is primarily an outdoor activity, masks are not required but can be worn by our guests if preferred.
What To Expect
Your private charter will begin at American Yacht Harbor in Red Hook on St. Thomas. However, with advance notice we are able to pick your charter group up at Yacht Haven Grande in Charlotte Amalie or on St. John at Cruz Bay. Your group will spend the day traveling to the British Virgin Islands. Explore Jost Van Dyke and the world famous Foxy's and Soggy Dollar. Snorkel at Sandy Spit. Or, visit Norman Island and the Baths. Please note, MV Aquarius will be out of the water through the end of October 2023; for a FUN day in the BVI in August, September or October, SEA Product Code 111649P24!

5.00We had the absolute best afternoon with Seas the Day! Captain Wallens was incredible - so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience unforgettable. He took us to all the best snorkeling spots around St. John, and even took us to two private beaches where we were the only people there. It was truly stunning. Cruising on the boat was such a fun way to take in the beauty of the islands, and it ended up being the perfect way to wrap up our girls trip in the USVI. Honestly, we wished we would have booked a full day instead of just the afternoon because we didn’t want it to end! If you’re looking for a fun, memorable excursion in the USVI, don’t even think twice - this was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend!

5.00My wife and I spent the day on the boat with Capt Wallens. It was first class all the way. The best way to experience the BVIs if staying in St Thomas. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone even if not a boater. Doesn’t matter. Boat is spacious and comfortable and you dictate the pace and itinerary.

5.00The best day of our trip. We did the full day charter and it still didn't seem like enough time. Captain Wallens was amazing. He helped us pick an itinerary that hit the things we wanted to do (2 parents and 2 18-year old kids) while maximizing our time. He was super patient with us and had great recs for places to stop for food and drinks. Can't recommend highly enough.
This is a must do excursion!!

5.00My husband and I booked this trip knowing we wanted to go to the British Virgin Islands to experience The Baths, along with some bar hopping and snorkeling. Everything about this excursion was easy! We met Captain Wallen right at the dock and after a quick safety talk we were on our way. We made it to Virgin Gorda in record time, leaving us plenty of time to explore the Baths and Devil's Bay. Captain Wallen took care of all the customs work for us. He knew the best spots for snorkeling and a delicious place to stop for lunch (Pirate's Bite). During our day we got to snorkel three main spots - a shipwreck, the Indians, and the caves. We stopped by Willy T's for a quick drink and jump, which he recorded from the boat. Captain Wallen was super friendly and knowledgeable about the areas. He was open to questions and easy to talk to. 5.0010 of my family booked this boat for half day. We really didn’t know what to expect but we wanted to see as much of St Thomas and St John as we could. Our captain was Row. He was great and so knowledgeable about the different beaches, water life and islands. Would highly recommend him and Seas The Day! Wonderful time by all as our group was from ages 4-69.
Great experience checking out St John and good snorkel spots.

5.00Captain Ro did a great job showing us the nearby snorkel spots on our 7 hour full day charter. Would use them again! St John was absolutely breathtaking! Captain Ro was very helpful with many ad hoc special requests.

5.00We traveled using same boat with two different captains first trip on July 9 second trip July 13. July 9 trip was with Captain Aaron and we went to several British Virgin Islands requiring passport entry. Aaron did a good job with a rating of four out of five stars. He’s younger in the 30 age range. As a result, he wasn’t as attentive to our needs as I had hoped, we were very happy with the trip locations we visited and the snorkeling was great especially at Indian point. On July 13, we had Captain Mike who was in his mid 60s and he was far superior to Captain Aaron. We did St. John’s and several small islands where he led us to incredibly beautiful snorkeling. He was also excellent at providing history of the various locations in and around St. John and all the various small islands. He took us to a really great restaurant and provided us with a type of service That I give five stars. We use the same boat as we had for the July 9 trip which was a very nice boat plenty of room to move around. They provided beer, soft drinks and water. I definitely recommend this operation.

5.00I'm so happy I decided at the last minute to reserve a charter with Seas the Day. I've done many charters in the VI but had never been to Jost Van Dyke. My adult nieces and nephews wanted to see Soggy Dollar Bar but spend most of the day snorkeling and Captain Wallens fit it all in perfectly! He is very experienced and we felt perfectly safe despite the wind and choppiness. I will remember Seas the Day next time we visit!
