This tour takes you to North of Qatar which plays a great role in the country’s rich culture and history. Our guide will take you on a time travel starting at Al Khor’s harbor, the country's center for pearl diving and fishing in the old times. Passing through Al Thakira, you will visit the mangroves.

The 18th century beauty of the West Coast has unveiled! Zekreet Fort, a historical landmark where you can find the astounding scenery among the dunes. The remarkable umbrella-shaped rock is one of the favorite subjects of photography. Visiting the Zekreet Peninsula is really an extraordinary adventure where you can find limestone rocks and the famous wildlife reserve. Enjoy the tour as you explore the west coast of Qatar.

What To Expect
Al Khor
A visit to Al Khor, located at 50 kilometers north of the capital, Doha. Considered one of Qatar's largest cities. Al Khor is home to many employees of the oil industry due to its proximity to Qatar's northern oil and natural gas fields and to Ras Laffan Industrial City.
Al Thakhira Beach
The mangroves colony is not only a major tourism product for Qatar but an important natural environmental resource for Qatar. It provides a natural habitat and a sanctuary for birds, fish and other animals as well as prevent coastal erosion.

5.00Many roads in a beautiful air-conditioned landrover but very beautiful discovery of the country and culture thanks to the information and answers of our wonderful guide Zohaib. Stopping at the port of Doha, we received the pick-up time and place by WhatsApp the morning before arrival in the port.The pick-up (9:15) and return (16:00) a few meters from the terminal, tasting of Qatari tea and water provided is highly appreciated. I highly recommend this excursion.
