What To Expect
Catacombs Of Kom El Shoqafa
The tour guide will be awaiting you. They will be holding a sign of our tours, will pick you up from your hotel for Alexandria Day Tour. First visit the Catacombs which are the largest Roman Cemetery consisting of three levels cut in the rock.
Lighthouse of Alexandria
Then we proceed to see the Qaitbey Citadel which was built on the site of the ancient pharaohs (Light House ) of Alexandria After that take a Lunch at local restaurant in Alexandria

5.00Taking a tour to Alexandria from Cairo was an amazing experience and definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Egypt. The city has a completely different atmosphere compared to Cairo—more relaxed, with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cairo who wants to see more of the country and experience the beauty and history of Alexandria. Thank you Maryam for amazing day.

5.00With Maryam, our guide, we hired several tours. She took care of organizing everything, is very friendly and professional. The Alexandria excursion was very interesting, including city walks, catacombs, citadel, library and fish lunch overlooking the Mediterranean. This is our 2nd time in Egypt and with Maryam the visit becomes special, she loves what she does. Don't miss an opportunity to hire her.

5.00Had a great day trip out to Alexandria from our hotel in Giza. Ahmed (the best driver in Egypt) drove us to and from. We saw the Catacombs and Citadel, then had an excellent lunch sitting at the beach looking out to the Mediterranean Sea. Maryam was highly hospitable and looked after us really well. Would highly recommend!

5.00Alexandria was yet another absolutely amazing destination. If you come to Cairo, you have to check out Alexandria. I would recommend booking Maryam as your guide, she truly has passion for what she does and explains everything so clearly. She also takes the best photos, she’s like a professional! It was so beautiful in Alexandria and a perfect way to end our trip, thank you Maryam. 10 stars

5.00Alexandria is a must when visiting Egypt, and with Maryam being your guide you are sure to enjoy even the hiccups of the day. We were road blocked for two hours and even enjoyed that bit of the trip thanks for the warmth of Maryam and our driver, all jet lacked we slept beautifully while waiting. Alexandria is an exceptional place, at the sea, the citadel is like no other and Maryam makes sure you eat at the best local places with views to enjoy. So book this one for sure and enjoy!

5.00This was one of the best decisions we made during our trip to Egypt. It was very comfortable to go there with a pricate car. Our guide Maryam not only showed us around and explain its history she also arranged tickets, lunch etc. One thing I can say is to spend minimum 3 4 hours in the library of Alexandria. There are museums, expositions and many more to discover inside. I liked Alexandria more than Cairo personally.

5.00Fantastic day with Miriam! Miriam is a fantastic tour guide! I recommend booking with her, 6 stars if possible! She is super knowledgeable and easy to get along with. The entire day was well planned and punctual with the perfect amount of time at each location, with additional time at the end of the day for the Library of Alexandria. Communication before the tour was excellent, I booked this through my hotel. I was picked up at my hotel precisely on time by Miriam and our driver for the day. We went to the Roman catacombs first. We were there when they first opened for the day to beat the larger tour groups, something I greatly appreciated. Then we went to the citadel and had a delicious fresh fish lunch nearby. I highly recommend ordering the lemon-mint beverage that Miriam likes. It is delicious!!! The last stop of the day is at the Library of Alexandria. As a huge book lover, the Library absolutely amazing. The day ended with the drive back to Cairo where I was dropped off at my hotel.

5.00I would recommend this day trip to anyone who wants to see Alexandria! It was nice to just relax on the way up and down in the van. The tour itself was very informative, my favorite part was the catacombs! We had enough time to enjoy all of it but didn't feel rushed either! Our tour guide Maryam was amazing, she was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly~
