Ananuri Fortified Castle Ensemble

The Ananuri fortified ensemble (architect K. Bakhsarashvili), dating from the 17th century, is located on the left bank of the Aragvi River, along the famous original Georgian Military Highway, 66km from Tbilisi. Our guides will tour travelers in Ananuri fortress and its towers overlooking Jinvali water reservoir.

George came recommended from my cousins who spoke highly of him and he was as good as expected. Polite, friendly and has so much passion for his country. Great guide too! Drives safely and we had the most amazing two day trips with him. Highly recommend !
