5.00We had excellent service from the moment that we booked our tour as we got the confirmation quickly and acknowledgement of the details that I sent about my mobility issues. I had several WhatsApp messages in the days before our tour to introduce Hillbilly Jack, our tour guide, and to confirm the meeting time and place with photographs of the vehicle and lunch menu. We requested to change one item on the menu and this was done promptly. Jack was waiting at the arranged time and place with the clean and comfortable vehicle. Jack was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all his country has to offer. He was able to accommodate the changes that we requested as the tour progressed as my mobility issues were causing some problems. The included lunch was delicious and the food was plentiful. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you Jack and your driver.

5.00I cant recommend Jack From Indochine - Người Từ Đông Dương enough! Jack knew, and explained the local history and culture very well. He had a fantastic sense of humour and had us laughing all day, as you can see from his fantastic photos. It was a day I will always remember! If you ever need a tour guide in Vietnam look him up. You wont be dissapointed.
