Our driver this time was Garth, and even though we weren’t on a tour, he made the airport transfer to the city feel like it, due to his incredible knowledge of Cape Town and his friendliness and enthusiasm. The next time I come I want to do a full day tour and really make the most of Garth’s knowledge!

5.00First of all, they were the first tour guides we saw when we exited customs at the airport, holding up a sign with my name in it. We had a total of 24 suitcases, and 18 carry-ons bags, and all of them fit in their trailer. The drivers were very familiar with the roads, and gave us the best of Cape Town. Thanks to Morkel for the superb service.

They also let me know that the transfer product/option I selected was not the right one for my needs so I was able to request the correct vehicle type for our family of 4 plus all our luggage. The van was clean and our driver, Mr. David, was friendly and prompt. He was there even before the pick-up time to ensure he could find parking by our hotel which was on St. George's Mall, a pedestrian street.
