Pyramids of Giza

Pyramids of Giza along with the Sphinx and handful of smaller tombs, forms one of the most iconic sights in Egypt. If you have plans to visit Egypt, you must visit these pyramids at the top of your list. The pyramids of Giza were built 4500 years ago. The great pyramid of Giza, also known the pyramid of Khufu or the pyramid of Cheops, is the oldest of the three main pyramids on the Giza plateau. Pyramids of Khefre and Menkawre these two pyramids are smaller than the pyramid of Khufu. There are numerous places to take the gorgeous photos of the pyramids. “Optional” A camel ride out into the desert is one of our recommended spots.

Great Sphinx

A stop at the great sphinx of Giza, It is a limestone statue of a reclining sphinx, a mythical creature with the head of a man and body of a lion. The archaeological evidence suggests that it was created by ancient Egyptians of the Old Kingdom during the reign of Khafre about 2500 BC.

Toured pyramids and Sphinx in 4 hours from Cairo. Our Egyptologist Tawfik was well versed and speaks good English. Driver safely maneuvered Cairo's infamous traffic. Plenty of time to view and photograph pyramids and Sphinx from outside.

How amazing tour in Giza, we visited the pyramids of Giza and Sphinx accompanied by qualified Egyptologist tour Guide. She was friendly, Excellent spoken English and knowledgeable. After that we visited local Shops in a shopping tour, we visited The perfume shop, papyrus factory and the souvenir shop. We eaten our lunch in local restaurant in Gizs. Every thing was good. Recommended.
