Hotel-de-Ville Meursault

Meursault, capital of the great white wines of Burgundy, is also famous for its town hall with glazed tiles, which became famous following the film “La Grande vadrouille”.

At 4, Gilles and Vero made us have a great time with comments from passionate connoisseurs and on an original, comfortable and encouraging means of transport. For novices, no fear to have, the mop is great:-) and beautiful. An excellent souvenir for our stay

Having a local driving us and explaining the vineyard history was sensational. Cruising through the vineyards on a vintage bike was a buzz.

We enjoyed the whole experience. We turned up a bit early but that was fine with Gilles, we had a good chat before the tour. We were given a safety chat before leaving and then hit the road (small lanes really) We stopped at a few vantage points to hear about the history of the vineyards. Gilles was very knowledgeable and had a great way of explaining and answering all our questions. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the tour to anyone. Thanks Gilles.
