5.00Had a really enjoyable day with all our wished-for places visited. There is a 6yr old with us as well as seniors. The needs were varied but Gilles was very accommodating so we were able to explore the calisson factory (grandchild's fave activity for the day) and the scenic Cassis and Calanque lookout for the oldies. Then he took us to the Notre Dame top where we enjoyed 360 degree view of Marseille, ending the day with a drop off at the Illusions place in Marseille for the younger set and at the closest parking spot to the boat at the port for the oldies. Thanks so much Gilles!! Your warmth shines through..

5.00Gilles curated a lovely day consisting of a brief stop in Aix en Provence and a fantastic tour of Cassis and the surrounding area. We hiked along the cliffs which was amazing, then spent a couple of hours in the lovely town of Cassis where we ate lunch at a great restaurant on the beach and wandered around the charming town. We had a great day and Gilles was a good guide! Highly recommend!

1.00Paid over $900 for the “tour” only to be picked up by a taxi driver and dropped off at each location. There was no tour. Taxi driver told us Gilles had another group of 6 for his van so he set us up with him? Taxi driver was kind but was no tour guide worth paying $900 for. I wrote to Viator and they state that Gilles had vehicle troubles which is why he set us up with the taxi. Totally a lie. They denied any sort of refund because they said I did not contact the tour operator when this occurred and because we tipped the taxi driver. It was not the taxi drivers fault Gilles double booked himself, why would we not pay him for his services?

5.00Mr. Gilles was wonderful - he was caring and trustworthy. He allowed us to modify our tour as needed, based on my family’s needs throughout the course of the day. We visited beautiful Aux-en Provence, Cassis and Marseilles, which were all beautiful but Cassis was particularly busy with tourists on holiday and the local vendors and restaurant owners were not as helpful there. Wonderful tour and HIGHLY recommend!
