What To Expect
Chateau et Remparts de la Cite de Carcassonne
The tour begins at the entrance of the city and then leads us between the walls in the "lices". Then we contemplate the castle and enter the basilica enjoy the magnificent stained glass windows.
Carcassonne Center
The visit takes you through the cobbled streets of the medieval city and its picturesque houses. The walls can be admired from the Lices just like the old Saint Nazaire cathedral.

5.00We had our tour with Lydia of Carcassonne. She was full of historical information about the fortress and fun anecdotes. We walked around much of the area and she pointed out small details that we wouldn’t have noticed on our own. Highly recommend this tour.
