Our guides are expert and work for many years to welcome pilgrims and visitors from all over the world. We are local guides and we provide tailor made guided tours including the not-to-be-missed places : the grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes, the fountains and the baths, where anyone can experience the healing waters.
Through the architecture of the basilicas, your guide will tell you about the religious history of this world-famous marian site. You will probably be amazed by the size of the underground basilica dedicated to Pope Pius X, where 25,000 people can attend a mass.
You will also follow in the footsteps of Bernadette Soubirous, the aged fourteen girl who saw our Lady at the grotto in 1858. Her birth place and the former jail where she lived during the events are included in your private guided tour.

Our accredited guide will meet you at the lobby of your hotel or at the railway station and will accompany you during all the tour, explaining what you'll see at each level.
Moulin de Boly - Maison Natale de Bernadette
During the tour, your guide will show you the birth place of Bernadette Soubirous, the aged fourteen girl who saw our Lady at the grotto in Lourdes.

5.00Our guide Susan was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and exuded patience. The 3 hour walking tour isn't for the faint of heart but in all honesty we had plenty of time to see and experience so much it was worth the psychical challenge.

5.00Susan was truly amazing. She is a wreath of knowledge and we really enjoyed the tour. She met us at our air b and b. Then we waked. It was a lovely walk and my 77 year old mother was just fine to do the walk. We were explained many things about Lourdes and would highly recommend this tour. Thanks Susan ! 5.00Cathy was an amazing tour guide. She guided us through the history and sites of Lourdes and let us take things at our pace. The highlight of the tour was the sense of peace and beauty of the basilica and the history behind it. The little ones thoroughly enjoyed the stories Cathy relayed as well. We were also lucky to see the olympics torch for the para olympics being passed on in Lourdes on the 25th August! Cathy - thank you for making our trip to Lourdes very memorable.

5.00Our tour guide and I apologize I did not retain her name, is just amazing, very friendly and super knowledgeable to everything she showed us. She charactered to our needs when we needed to take a break as my Mom has difficulty to walk for long period of time but she managed to do most of this tour and was a beautiful tour to take. Our tour guide is the best and i suggest this tour to anyone i recommend this very highly as you won't regret taking this tour. I hope you can add her name as she is the one that did this tour so beautiful and memorable for us.

5.00Amazing walking tour. Phillip did an excellent job highlighting the journey of Bernadette and also gave us an excellent walk through the Lourdes Shrine. He had a lot of historical information and strategically took us to all the important points (water fountains, grotto, etc) when the crowds were less and we avoided queues. Phillip went an extra mile to show us the way back to our hotel and provided recommendations for restaurants in the area. Highly Recommend Phillip.
