All water activity participants must be able to swim comfortably and capably in an open water environment without assistance.
Evidence of dive certification is required from all divers wishing to participate in a certified dive.
Divers are advised to allow a minimum of 18 hours between diving and flying.
Certified divers are responsible for diving within their capabilities and should review the standard Diver Medical Questionnaire ahead of their visit for any recent health changes that may require a doctor's written pre-approval. Please message us to let us know if you are coming from a cruise ship. We will make every attempt to work with you, however we do not work directly with the cruise companies and are not responsible for cruise scheduling, changes, and other logistics.
If on a cruise, please consider pre-arranging a private taxi to meet you at the port and take you directly to Saga Haven Marina if your arrival time on the island is close to the excursion meeting time. If you would like a taxi recommendation, please email and we'll be happy to provide our favorite friendly taxi contact.

What To Expect
You and your group of up to 7 divers will have exclusive use of our 42 foot boat with a PADI or SSI Instructor or Dive-master on board to be your personal guide. Our USCG licensed captain will give a brief safety introduction before we head out into open water. Your instructor or dive-master will also give a short dive briefing so you know what to expect on your dives. No need to worry about other guests- we will personalize the trip around dive sites your group would like to explore! We will visit some of the most secluded and pristine reefs around St. Thomas teeming with tropical fish, native marine life, towering reefs and underwater canyons. Your private trip will include use of all gear, as well as bottled water, soft drinks, snacks and rum punch. Make memories that will last a life-time by booking an exclusive dive trip just for your crew! Additional divers may be able to be added for additional amount. Ask Aqua Marine dive center for accommodation.

5.00Ben was our our personal guide as we are advanced certified and buoyancy certified. He helped watch my buoyancy and was the very first instructor who monitored my exact weight distribution. Abbey, Stephanie, Dylan were all extremely helpful, made great conversation, and recommendations. Would not not dive with any other dive center in St Thomas. He also helped my husband adjust weighs after first dive. They know what they are doing...and really, really great st attention to detail.

5.00Dave the Captain was awesome. We did 3 dives with him: 2 tank morning dive with Zack on 12/21. Night dive with Louis on 12/21 and a 2 tank morning dive with Dylan on 12/22. Very friendly and professional Dive Masters. I highly recommend Aqua Marine divers and these these dive teams. Thank you! I’ll be back over from STX to dive with these guys again. John Boulanger.

Scuba masters Ben and Zach were amazing dive buddies that lead us through some beautiful waters and reefs. They kept a good eye on all divers and made sure we were doing well and staying safe. 5.00Aqua Marine Dive Center saved the day and gave our family an incredible experience we’ll remember for a lifetime. Our original snorkel tour, arranged through another company, cancelled after our ship took a slight detour due to a medical episode on the ship. We called Aqua Marine Dive and Michelle called us back saying they could get a crew together. Stephie was a great captain! I think my Dad would have even let her drive his boat. She kept me company after my toddler freaked out. Abby was an incredible snorkel guide!! She brought my older kids and husband around to see everything she could find. I hopped in to get up close and personal with a turtle. They both gave us insider knowledge about the island, reefs and their travels. Thank you you Stephie, Abby and Aqua Dive Center for an incredible day for my entire family!

5.00Best dive op on the island! I am a mult-repeat customer, and now refer my renters to them. I am an experienced diver with many, many dives, and yet the team here still makes each dive I do with them great! I dove with Ben & Zach on this trip, and Ben deserves some real kudo's for helping my husband attempt a re-entry into the world of diving!

5.00Did two days of diving while on vacation in St Thomas. Aqua Marine Dive Center was a first class experience. From registration with Erika to my dives with Ben, this was the best dive center experience I’ve had in years. There were only 6 of us on the boat with two different groups (3 and 3). Very intimate and focused, unlike the massive/chaotic groups you often experience with other dive shops. The team did a great job picking fun sites and finding lots of great sea life (from turtles and fish to tiny shrimp and eels). I will definitely come back to St Thomas and dive with Aqua Marine again in the future.

5.00Stef, Kyle, Zach and Ben saved the day today! We went on a 2 tank dive and it was nothing short of awesome! Kyle was our guide and it was absolutely awesome. The whole crew was awesome. I highly recommend Aqua Marine if you visit St Thomas and want to dive. You will not regret it!
