Casa Rosada
The pink house as it is called in English occupies the entire east side of the square. This is the centre of presidential power in Argentina. The Casa Rosada is especially famous for Evita Perón’s balcony scenes in the late 1940s.

This was a very great tour. Javier is friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to adapt the tour when my father’s sciatica started acting up and he wasn’t able to walk too much.
