Explore one of the best hiking spots in British Columbia. Joffre Lakes Park is an amazing hiking, camping and backpacking area full of mountain peaks, glaciers and turquoise-blue lakes. There are three lakes (Lower, Middle, and Upper Joffre Lakes) locates along the trail and each is more stunning that the last. If you are looking to experience the beauty of nature, this is the perfect place.
As an experienced hiker with many years of hiking experience not only in North America, I'm bringing a unique and knowledgeable perspective by sharing my city's hidden gems and my favorite places to the travelers. As someone who likes to travel and learn about different cultures, I know exactly what travelers expect, because I always start from myself, what I would like to see and what kind of service I would like to receive when I visit a new city or country, including authenticity, engagement and convenience.

Whistler
After almost 2 hours scenic drive we’ll arrive in Whistler where we’ll take an hour break. Enjoy your free time to explore the village.
Joffre Lakes Provincial Park
We continue our journey to Joffre Lakes Provincial Park. We will park at Joffrey Lake Trail Parking lot and take a 8 km out-and-back moderate trail at one of BC’s most beautiful hikes, along the three amazing glacier-fed lakes. From the Lower Joffre Lake we’ll carry on towards the steeper trail to Middle and Upper Joffre Lakes offering stunning views of Matier Glacier (2,783m) and surrounding peaks. This trail offers breathtaking views of mountain peaks, waterfalls, glaciers and picturesque turquoise lakes in the British Columbian mountains. Hiking shoes are required. A day-use passes are required to access Joffre Lakes Provincial Park during peak season and they are free of charge. I'll need to book them online in advance, two days before the park visit. I'll reach out closer to the date to confirm your pickup address in Vancouver. Thanks

This was one of the best things I’ve ever done. Joffre Lake was absolutely stunning. It's insanely beautiful and otherworldly. The mountains and snow made it feel so magical. Sinisa was such a kind, knowledgeable guide and took amazing photos for us. I can’t wait to take my kids there when they’re a little older. Thank you so much, Sinisa!

This place is very beautiful. You need a one-day pass to enter in the summer. The hiking trail is not too difficult for those with hiking experience. The guide is very friendly and professional.

Sinisa was a fantastic guide! I couldn't have asked for more. He exceeded all my expectation. He would respond fast and helped me with a lot of queries before the hike. Without him I dont think i would be able to witness the beauty of Joffrey lakes. He is very informative. He is a gem of a person. I got to know a lot about him and in the end I got a new travel friend who I look up to for inspiration. I would highly recommen him for the best experience!
