In this experience we will discover the unique beauty of our Cordon del Plata Provincial Park, Vallecitos, Mendoza.
Through a walk that combines exploration and the challenge of ascending Cerro Arenales.
We will walk in a natural environment, where we will be able to observe the diverse flora and fauna of the Andes, contemplating panoramic views of the Cordon del Plata Provincial Park with its mountains.

Check availability for other days! We will visit the area of “Vallecitos”, located in the Department of Lujan de Cuyo, in the town of Potrerillos, located 100 km from the city of Mendoza. At Cerro Arenales we will make a simple walk, where we will contemplate the fauna and flora of the place. Accompanied by a wonderful mountain landscape. This walk is pleasant and has a view from its summit that allows to observe much of the Cordón del Plata park and the towns of Potrerillos. This hill is used by many mountaineers for acclimatization before climbing higher hills. We will start the tour from Mendoza (800 m.a.s.l.) at 8:30 a.m., to arrive before noon in the area of the shelters of Vallecitos (2900 m.a.s.l.). Once on site we will start the trekking to Cerro Arenales, at a pleasant and simple pace. Activity difficulty: EASY to MODERATE. Although it is a hike without technical difficulty, the difficulty is, in that we arrive by vehicle to the refuge area of Vallecitos at 2900 m.a.s.l., and then start climbing at 3400 m.a.s.l.
