Just a short cycle through Hoi An old town, and you will find yourself in the rural Hoi An where many artisans are still living the same life their ancestors would have hundreds of years ago. Cycling this area we make sure to take several stops, which includes some hands-on fun at local workshops, rice fields, and the shipyard. After a fulfilling morning exploring on the bikes we'll enjoy a delicious lunch break at a local house to get properly refuelled. Returning to the bikes we'll cycle a little further along the riverside then board kayaks to take in the sights from water level. Paddling through the water at a gentle pace we'll come by the interesting sights of Hoi An that you can only fully enjoy from the water, which includes the little fishing hamlets, a great spot to view fishermen returning with a successful day's catch. Along the way we'll also make sure to stop at one of our special locations for a quick rest and to enjoy the view. Finishing the Kayak exploration we arrive in a different part of Hoi An, where our transport will be waiting to bring you back to your hotel. A fantastic day discovering Hoi An's surrounds.

Tam our guide arrived at the hotel punctually at eight o'clock with good bikes. We started the day in a good mood. The island of Câm Kim was the target. Here we saw rice leaves being made, wood carved and sleeping mats woven. After a short stop at tea and fruits we set off on our first bc kayak tour. Tam instructed us great and we had a lot of fun on the drive through the great nature. The experience ended with a great lunch in a small restaurant. It's wonderful.

I did the Hoi An - Bike and Kayak tour with Mr. Easy as my guide. It was definitely the highlight of my trip to Hoi An. The pace was good (even for a somewhat beginner like me), and he made sure I was ok. He definitely lived up to his name by making sure the entire journey seemed easy for me! We went through the off beaten tracks. Mr Easy gave a really good explanation about everything, including local culture and history. Would definitely recommend it!

Great guide (thanks Mai Thieu) who helped us cycle out of Hoi An and through the rice fields to the gorgeous little villages beyond. Superb food and kindness along the way from all the people and places we stopped at - from the peanut harvesters to the rice wine distillery and the house stay lunch. A blissful kayak back to Hoi An through wide flowing rivers and hidden backwaters. A winner. The trip that just kept giving!

This was a really nice tour with a great guide. It was wonderful to get out into the countryside. There were several stops along the way to visit local families and their family businesses. the company was great about accommodating me as a solo traveler. I ended up having a private tour. While I was nervous about traffic for the first 2 km getting out of the city, my guide kept me feeling safe during that section. The countryside was beautiful! And the kayaking through the water coconut canals was very interesting as well. I would highly recommend this company!

Apart from enjoying the beautiful scenery of rice fields and rivers through biking and kayaking, this tour offered us a unique cultural experience with the locals. We really enjoyed the rice pancakes making and rice wine tasting. Last but least, we would like to thank An, our cheerful, passionate and knowledgeable guide!

This was my first activity that I did in Vietnam, and it was perfect in every way. Cycling outside of Hoi An is an amazing way to get to see the Vietnamese countryside and scenery. The tour was structured in a way that we would cycle a little bit and come to a stop, which was usually a local house where we would see some aspect of local life, such as making rice crackers, reed mats, or rice wine. The kayak portion of the tour happened after lunch, which was a delicious local meal prepared by a family. The kayaking took us through the river in Hoi An and past the palm plantations. Our tour guide was excellent -- I had actually not rode a bike for 16 years and I was incredibly nervous...but he was kind and patient and helped me a lot in getting started.

Brilliant day. Our tour guide was fabulous. Beautiful riding through the country side. We loved visiting homes of Vietnamese families and seeing how to make rice paper, floor mats and rice wine. Our lunch was the best food we ate in Hoi An. Lots of fun.

Well thought itinerary, beautiful scenery, insightful interactions with locals and delicious homemade lunch. Our guide Thieu/Mike was very professional and supportive. Kayaking along the Thu Bon River was a wonderful ending to the trip. It exceeded my expectations!

Mike and Yen led a great tour, just what I was looking for. Leisurely biking through the country side just over a bridge or two, followed by 30 or 40 minutes of kayaking. The stops were generally interesting (e.g., making and eating rice paper - bánh đập) or refreshing/nourishing (e.g., pineapple, watermelon, optional salt dipping, an iced Vietnamese coffee, and a cold hand towel hit the spot with the heat!).
