Great family experience!! We had an amazing evening learning how to make pasta from a lovely host. Got a bit of background into the family and running of their farm. Learned about Italian culture at the same time as learning how to make lovely pasta. Great hosts - would go back and do it again in a minute !! Many thanks

Jacamo and Elena are really friendly and welcoming, chatting about their family life, their careers and their organic small holding. They drove us to their home from Pisa centre. The aperitivo were beautiful, homemade pesto, olives, bread and wine were delightful. Elena had set up the kitchen ready with a station for each person, she was really helpful and guided us through each stage of the pasta making. She expertly handled 5 different peoples ability and stages of pasta making with ease. They are part of an organisation that supports volunteers coming to work on organic farms and their most recent volunteer gave us a tour of the property and to meet Lampo the donkey too. Whilst we looked around Elena cooked the food and we ate outside in the garden overlooking the valley. The spread of food was incredible, the smells were divine as was the taste. Pasta we had made with tomato sauce then cheeses, honey and salami and plenty of wine! Jacamo had made fresh ice cream for dessert which again was delicious. So with full bellies and big smiles they drove us back to the city. A truly special experience!

There is no other Tuscan experience that will be more authentic than this. Helena and Giacomo are incredibly kind hosts. They offer a plethora of Italian knowledge, world culture and heritage. This is not for anyone looking for something Pinterest perfect. This is their home and it is authentic and wonderful. Nearly all ingredients are either sourced from their farm or from their share/barter network of friends. The conversation was flowing and never stopped. It was truly the highlight of our 14 day European trip across 5 countries for all seven of us. I recommend them 100 times over but go to their direct site versus the middle man. Monte Spazzavento.

Our experience with Spazzavento was unbelievable! Our hosts for the day were so welcoming. We had so many questions for them. We started with some wine and snacks and then got into the pasta making. Dante was great in explaining each step. Then after all of our "hard" work, we got to eat lunch with the family.

BOOK THIS CLASS!! The most authentic, beautiful experience I’ve had. It is private which makes it so intimate, and the family are so welcoming and lovely. They pick you up and drop you back off. The whole experience is so relaxed and beautiful, they show you around their stunning farm where they grow everything and all of their animals. The views are incredible and the setting is stunning. The pasta making is so much fun and suitable for all levels and abilities. I would honestly recommend this experience to absolutely everyone so so glad we added this into our trip. I will remember this special evening forever!
