I had a great experience on my tour with Alfred. It was supposed to be both my wife and myself, but she was not able to join us. Alfred took me all over Hong Kong; mostly walking, but we also took a Star Ferry, a funicular, a city bus, another small ferry, and the subway! I would say that our visit to Victoria Peak was probably the highlight, but it was all excellent. Alfred was an excellent guide; he was almost constantly giving me information about Hong Kong and its history. I had many questions and he was able to answer them all! He also took several photos of me at various locations and sent them to me.

We booked a 5 hour tour and were so lucky to have Mel as our guide. We first visited Victoria Peak where Mel shared its history. The tram ride down was beautiful. We also visited a church, temple and HSBC headquarters. This tour was customized to our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Mel was so knowledgeable and patient as we made our way through the city. Our driver, Ken, was great as well. We definitely recommend Hello! Hong Kong and Mel/Ken!

If you are looking for a quick tour of Hong Kong, I highly recommend booking the 4 hour private tour with driver. Kiyo was a fantastic tour guide who took us to numerous sites in the city such as Victoria Peak, the Central District, Repulse Bay, West Kowloon Cultural District and even included a food tasting. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining and shared many interesting facts about Hong Kong. He was also very accommodating with my elderly father and adjusted the pace of our tour as needed. The tour van was also very comfortable and the amount of walking was perfect. On my next visit, I will be booking another trip!

We had a fabulous half day with our guide Kiyo and driver Ken. Kiyo was born and raised in Hong Kong his knowledge of the city, its history and culture (and other interesting stories) was outstanding. We went to city central on Hong Kong island then up Mt Victoria for soaking up some fabulous views and get a better understanding of the layout of HK. We then visited the street markets and harbour view (island side). If you like Chinese tea (doesn’t matter if you don’t to be honest) please ask him to take you to see Mr So. It was like being transported to a shop in Diagon Alley. Loved it. I highly recommend Kiyo and Ken

Alfred is amazing! We had the most fantastic day touring around Hong Kong - experiencing the city through a local’s eyes. Alfred clearly loves his city and is excited to share its history. We covered a lot of ground in the few short hours we had to see the best of the city and Alfred made the most of it for us. He also captured many photo moments for us and followed up with a recap of everything we saw and did. I give Alfred my highest recommendation!

I had an excellent tour with Alfred, whose encyclopaedic knowledge of Hong Kong, Kowloon and adjacent areas made for a particularly informative trip around the city. Alfred's understanding of the city's history, mixed with his own personal insights, painted a vivid picture of how the city has been, and continues to be, shaped by politics and trade. Alfred clearly loves showing people around his wonderful city; he was very generous both with his time, (we started earlier and ended later in order to make the most of my short time in the city) and with his camera - he took more than 60 great photos of me around the city. To boot, he's as fit as a butcher's dog: we managed 26,000 steps, and a significant itinerary, in just over 9 hours. Thanks in large part to Alfred, I can't wait for my next trip to Hong Kong!
