Visit the Pedra Branca Waterfall, with access to the Pedra Branca Alembic, one of the most traditional in the region Immerse yourself in the crystal clear waters, enjoy one of the most beautiful landscapes, and learn about the history of cachaça and its manufacture tasting the different varieties of the most typical drink in Brazil.
Alambique Engenho D'Ouro
Guided visit to the Alembic, explaining the milling process, fermentation and distillation of cachaça with tasting of Cachaça and Liqueurs. Optional lunch stop at the onsite restaurant.

5.00We were only in Paraty for 3 days so picked a tour that gave us a good insight into the area, history with a bit of fun thrown in. Elias was our guide and Dalton our driver - a top team!!! We started with the waterfalls and although we didn’t “surf the stone,” we enjoyed the stone ride and plunge into the cold water. We followed this up with a swim before departing for a brief stroll and history “lesson” about the Gold Trail. Next on the agenda da was a trip to a couple of distilleries - we did some comprehensive testing at the first one and enjoyed a lovely lunch at Casa Paratiana. We finished at the fortress overlooking the old town before we headed back to our accommodation for a well-earned caipirinha!! Top day!!!

5.00With Paraty we did three private van transfers, and also two private tours, one by boat and one by jeep. Everything was spectacular, attention, punctuality, everything!!! A super recommended agency! The attention of Beatriz, always attentive and friendly, our van drivers Ricardo and Pablo, the driver of the jeep Daniel and sailor Vítor, plus our Argentine guide Fernanda....all excellent!!! Thank you very much for helping us make this trip a great experience.

5.00Whether you need transport to and from Rio or want a guided adventure in Paraty, I highly recommend Paraty Tours. Booking with them is straightforward and easy, and they’re easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. The private transfers between Rio and Paraty were prompt and professional. Our private Jeep tour included waterfalls and a cachaça distillery tour. The guides were friendly, easy to communicate with, fun and professional. They really made our time in Paraty special.

5.00We loved the experience with Paraty Tours. Communication with them from the beginning was professional, punctual and exemplary. We used the company for a spectacular tour to the waterfalls and stills in Paraty (partnership with Nectar Turismo that we hired through our hotel), as well as a transfer to Rio de Janeiro. On our tour in Paraty, we had a guide (Gabriel) who guided us throughout the tour with great joy, professionalism and attention! Gabriel, thank you so much for being part of our trip and such unforgettable moments! Gabriel gave us tips about Paraty, told us the legends and guided us throughout the tour in English and Portuguese. Fantastic work Gabriel! The jeeps that were separated for the tour were in excellent condition, safe and accommodated everyone (we were in a group of 20 people and three jeeps). The drivers were also great and safe. We highly recommend it! The transfer to Rio de Janeiro also went exactly as we expected, our driver Vamberto was very attentive, professional and with excellent communication. Thank you very much for your service, Mr. Vamberto! We went by minibus which was in excellent condition and very safe. All the work provided by Paraty Tours was excellent and we highly recommend it!

5.00The jeep tour to the waterfalls was amazing. We were a party of 10 with kids ranging from teen to young school aged kids. The driver was great and informative. The waterfalls were spectacular and fun to swim in. There was even one you could slide down. The kids LOVED this. We also stopped at a cachaca distillery which was fun for the adults. Great day all around.
