What To Expect
Kathmandu Durbar Square
Kathmandu Durbar Square is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the city's heart. It is a complex of palaces, temples, courtyards, and streets that were once the center of Nepal's royal power. The square is home to many stunning examples of Newari architecture, including the Hanuman Dhoka Palace, Kumari Bahal (the House of the Living Goddess), and the Taleju Temple.
Swaymbhunath
Also known as the Monkey Temple, Swayambhunath is one of the most recognizable landmarks in Kathmandu. This ancient stupa sits atop a hill overlooking the city and is surrounded by smaller temples and shrines. You can climb the stairs to the top of the hill for breathtaking views of the city and the Himalayas.

5.00After a successful EBC trek I wanted to do some sightseeing in Kathmandu and wanted to have a knowledgeable English-speaking guide. Ghan managed to organise last-minute a fantastic guide Ram who exceeded all my expectations. Ram knew everything and could answer all of my questions about the sights we visited, but also more generally about the Nepali culture, history, politics and economy. I was very lucky to get Ram for a private tour and I really enjoyed my day sightseeing in Kathmandu with him. Thank you! Even after the tour I had some further questions and texted Ram, he never refused and always answered my questions.

5.00I booked a private car to fetch me from the airport and it was Ghan who fetched me with the driver. He offered some tour packages and we availed the private tour of seven UNESCO heritage sites. Ghan was very accommodating and answered all my queries. On the day of our tour, Ghan informed me that our tour guide will be Kapil. We were supposed to meet Kapil at the hotel lobby around 9am. I saw a guy looking at me but I was hesitant to ask him if he was our guide. Anyhow, few minutes passed and true enough it was him. He was very jolly and explained to us our itinerary. He was able to explain the important details about each site we visited. He also took very nice pictures. The tour itself was worth its price because Kapil made it enjoyable even though we walked more than 10,000 steps which is far beyond the limit of people like us who do bot walk that much on a daily basis. I will not mention the seven UNESCO sites but all I can say is that despite the small bumpy roads we passed and some traffic, we managed to experience an enjoyable tour which will last a lifetime. Kudos to Ghan, Kapil and our driver (sorry, I forgot his name). Both Ghan and Kapil are able to communicate well in English. This tour is highly recommendable and I hope that tourists will also experience how these guys handle their customers very well.

5.00There are lots of places to see, lots of people because Kathmandu is good enough and I made good friends in this city. بسيار مردم خوب هستند در شهر كاتماندو و عالي من و دوستم به نام گن و جاهاي بسيار ديدني دارد خيلي خوشحال شدم كه به اينجا امدن و در شهر و كشور به اين زيبايي

5.00It's not possible to describe the enjoy in word's. I will never forget this heavenly trip in my life. Thanks to the manager of thamel hostel. He is so cooperative.. He make my stay in Nepal like my home stay and helped me a lot with all the necessary detail about tour and other adventures trips like hiking, biking, safari, peak climbing, trekking and arranging tickets for me.
