5.00This was an experience of a lifetime for my family! Roy was AMAZING! He is very professional, kind, patient, considerate and knowledgeable. We got to experience so much in Japan from the culture and history to food and shopping during our 9 hour layover! Thanks again Roy for everything! 5.00Highly recommend Roy M. and Elite tours. I booked a layover tour for my parents (75 & 74) transiting through Tokyo on their way to the US. Roy M. treated my parents as if they were his own. He adjusted the tour to avoid much walking, showed them the key spots. Along the way he took pictures and sent them to me. On the way back, he helped my mom get a wheelchair back at the airport counter. Thank you, so much!

5.00I highly recommend this tour! We had a 10 hour layover in Tokyo and wanted to see the highlights of Tokyo. Our guide, Roy, was amazing. He sent us a survey about a week before our arrival asking what we wanted to see. Our tour was exactly what we wanted to see and do. Roy did an amazing job as our guide! His car was also very nice and clean.

5.00From booking to the end off the trip it was smooth sailing, no anxiety about… ‘is this going to work’, our guide Ray made it work effortlessly. Roy collected us at a prearranged spot in the arrivals hall, on time, with a quick walk to his luxury SUV, he offered us cold drinks and then before getting underway we quickly discussed our itinerary, Roy offered further suggestions due to the heat (>36c and high humidity) which we gladly accepted, a good call on his behalf. Roys English having lived in America was excellent and any fear of communication issues quickly abated. We had great chats on Japanese customs, traditions and its culture, no questions were left unanswered and being seasoned travellers there were plenty from us. His laid back nothing is a problem attitude with a good sense of humour made spending 7 hours with him a joy. His recommendations of a places to eat also excellent and he ensured the restaurant were aware of our allergies which made lunch a very enjoyable affair. The whole time with Roy he kept us up to date of the where, what, when and how we needed to do things and felt like we had an old friend guiding us around as he wasn’t fussing, just keeping an eye on things quietly in the background and guiding us when we needed it. A great introduction tour to one of the worlds Mega cities. We will certainly being using his services when we go back to Tokyo in January 2025 and this time we will be asking him to curate a foodies tour of Tokyo.
