What To Expect
Longqing Gorge
You will be picked up from your Beijing hotel or accommodation then transfer to Longqing Gorge (Longqingxia) with approximately an 2.5-hour drive. Once arriving at the Longqing Gorge, you will enjoy your leisure time to explore the beautiful mountain and water scenery. People often say Longqing Gorge is a small Li River in Guilin, but it is more beautiful than Li River. Boating on the Longqing Ravine, you will feel the gentle breeze blowing against your face as if you are on the Lijiang River, you are entirely immersed in a picturesque view.
Guyaju Caves
After lunch, move on to Guyaju ( Ancient Rock Dwelling ). Guyaju cave dwellings are in the cliffs of Yanqing County,Beijing. With over 1000 years of history, the mythical caves still confuses historians. Records show it was constructed between the Tang and Liao Dynasties by the Xi tribe. The caves have "rooms" of a variety of shapes and styles that comprise doors, windows, kitchen ranges, and closets. It takes 30-40 minutes drive from Beijing Longqing Gorge. After the tour, transferred back to your hotel in downtown Beijing.

Spectacular steep-walled, forested gorge -- with amusement park features.

5.00The gorge is half buried in water behind a high dam, still spectacular. The boat ride is mandatory -- the only way to actually see the gorge. (But you can climb to the ridgetop from the top of a gondola next to the dam, or from the village at the far end of the boat ride, a climb well worth doing.) Blending amusement park features with temples and wilderness seems odd at first, but it' fun (a long slide down from the dam, a series of pretty little diaromas in a tunnel, escalator to the top through a dragon sculpture). Note, in hot weather it is a lot cooler up here!

5.00First of all- it was a Wonderful experience. We really enjoyed the tour, all the scenery was absolutely beautiful. Our tour guide Kim- was very knowledgeable and kind. I learned a lot about China during our tour thanks to her. The driver drove safely and the car was very comfortable. I really recommend you to take a day off from the busy city and to see this beautiful place.

5.00Excellent!. Dreams come true. We have seen the mountains on pictures and on August the 25th 2018 we saw it live. It was astonishing! Words are to little to describe the beauty of the mountains. The boat ride and also the road to go to Longqing.. Also the Guyaju caves were wonderful. We had an excellent guide who told us a lot about China and he gave a very good service.
