What To Expect
Arrival Prior to guest arrival, one of our friendly staff will be contacting guest to inform Driver, vehicle and waiting area information. on the day of guest arrival, Driver will be waiting at Baggage Claim, when guest arrives, Driver greet Guest with ALOHA and assist with luggage, lastly transfer Guests safely to Hotel. Departure Prior to guest departure, one of our friendly staff will be contacting guest to inform Driver and vehicle information as well as confirming departure time, on the day of guest departure, Driver will be arriving early and wait at Hotel entrance, or Hotel designated pickup location, when guest arrives, Driver greet Guest with ALOHA and invite them to get on the vehicle, lastly transfer Guests safely to the Airport.

5.00This ride service is the best! James was at the airport waiting for us with a bag cart & ID. He efficiently took us to his beautiful suburban & loaded all our heavy luggage. We asked where a close grocery store was for us to pickup groceries. He didn’t have a ride after so he thankfully took us to the store & waited while we shopped for our groceries. Then on the way to our condo I mentioned I had to pickup the keys at a different condo. James quickly said he would take us there also. At last he drove us to our final stop & assisted bringing all our groceries & luggage to the condo. James service went over & above & we are forever grateful!!! Thank you James-you have made us an appreciative repeat customer!
