The Dark Hedges
Step into a fairytale (or a fantasy epic) as you stroll beneath the hauntingly beautiful beech trees of The Dark Hedges. Planted in the 18th century and now one of the most photographed natural landmarks in Northern Ireland, this atmospheric avenue is known worldwide thanks to its appearance in Game of Thrones. Whether you're a fan of the show or simply in awe of natural beauty, the twisting branches and filtered light make for an unforgettable stop and the perfect photo opportunity.
Carrick A Rede Rope Bridge
Test your nerve and take in breathtaking views as you cross the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, suspended almost 100 feet above the crashing waves below. Originally built by salmon fishermen, this narrow bridge links the mainland to the tiny island of Carrick-a-Rede and offers a thrilling walk with stunning views of Rathlin Island and even Scotland on a clear day. Once across, enjoy a peaceful stroll around the island’s rugged cliffs before making your return — if you’re brave enough!

We toured with Ryan and it was my favorite tour of all of the British Isles. He adapted the tour to exactly what we wanted to ensure we had an awesome experience.

Ryan was great. First off we asked to tweak the itinerary a bit and he said no problem and off we went. Now I could go on and on about the tour Ryan provided but this is what made the experience of doing a private tour worth it. We went to the Carrick Rope Bridge and it was closed due to high winds. Ryan took us on several other planned stops but kept checking with the folks at the rope bridge. Once he heard it was back open he took us back and we had a great experience. The reserved table for lunch was a nice touch as well. Thanks again Ryan.

It was a day filled with beautiful scenery, excellent seafood chowder and interesting geology. Thanks to Matt who took us to all of those and recommended to us the 12-year whiskey in the distillery. Now, we know the difference between whiskey and whisky. In short, Matt looked after us very well in all respects. A very responsible guide who made our trip most unforgettable.

We had an absolutely fantastic day exploring the highlights of Northern Ireland! From the stunning natural beauty of the Giant’s Causeway to the dramatic ruins of Dunluce Castle, every stop was unforgettable. Walking through the magical Dark Hedges and taking in the views at the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge made the experience even more special. A huge thank you to our driver, Jordon, who was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and flexible with our group throughout the day. His local knowledge and willingness to tailor the experience made all the difference. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Belfast—it was truly a highlight of our trip!

Johnny was a very professional and informative driver. The vehicle was luxurious and very comfortable. He entertained us the entire day. The stops were very interesting. The Giants Causeway is worth the cost alone. Johnny recommended a very good restaurant that gave off an old-time Irish vibe. The Ireland countryside is awesome, and Johnny brought it to life for us. His boss met us at one of the stops to make sure we were happy. I would surely use their service again.

This experience was exactly what I was looking for when I searched for a private tour. The best part about this experience was the communication before, during, and after the tour. Coming from another country, one really needs to understand where they’re going and what’s the best way to get the best experience. Ryan handled all of this back to the several months prior when I was looking at excursions. It was very easy to meet up with our driver, Jonny, who was waiting for us when we departed the ship. From there, we were shuttled through Belfast with beautiful surroundings and historical overviews. He was polite, accommodating, and had a fun personality. Having our own touring car was definitely the way to go! Highly recommend.
