After you have cleared customs/immigration, your driver will be at the meeting point after the green railing holding up a sign with your name. You will be greeted and directed to your taxi while being assisted with any luggage. Your driver will ensure that your luggage is carefully packed aboard the vehicle to avoid any damages during the course of the journey. Thereafter, you will be driven in ultimate comfort to your place of accommodation where you have the luxury to make any stops upon requests.

1.00We used Viator for our Bahamas trip and they canceled our returning ride last minute stating they had no available vehicles at the time. I just used them again for a couples trip to St Lucia. As per the email I attached we were supposed to be expedited through customs and that didn’t happen. They refused to refund the money. I will never use Viator again for any upcoming trips!

5.00Booking was super easy and they were very responsive. Had a round trip from airport to Sandals Le Toc and fast track. We got lucky either way for fast track because it wasn’t busy but I can definitely see the value in getting it! Our driver was TJ who was absolutely fantastic! The drive was smooth and enjoyable. He stopped for us to take pictures and had a lot of great information to share as this was our first time at St Lucia. Definitely would recommend this company and TJ!

5.00The process of booking the luxury airport transfer started in February 23. Randy was very diligent always replying promptly and professionally. Whenever you book online you are always sceptical if you get what you pay for,in this case we certainly did. On arrival at UVF,once we cleared customs we were met straight outside the Sandals lounge by Randy and the blue Lexus SUV,so we were on our way to Sandals Halycon within minutes. Once inside the Lexus we were greeted with Champagne,soft drinks and plenty of snacks for our journey. The journey was very safe and not dangerous,unlike some of the other vehicles on the road. On our second week we were at La Toc,where we booked again through Randy to go to the Botanical Gardens at soufriere,again the correspondence was seem less. On this trip Randy told us the history of each village we went through which made the trip more interesting. On the way back we stopped at view points where Randy took some photos of us,he also bought us some drinks at the view point and also offered us lunch. I would certainly recommend St Lucia Travel and Tour,Randy is credit to the profession

5.00We were in St. Lucia from December 4 - 11 , 2022 along with another couple. St. Lucia Travel and Tours picked us up at the airport, took us to Royalton Resorts and returned us to the airport. In addition, we signed up for their Fast Track service when we arrived that really expedited getting through customs and immigration. The ride to and from the resort was smooth with beverages available. The drivers, particularly Byron, were pleasant with a really good local knowledge. Took us for a bit of a tour through local villages on the way to the resort that gave us a better appreciation of the island and it’s people.

5.00Lester & Allan were a great drivers. The vehicles were clean & cool. Both had beverages on ice & plantain chips readily available. Lester was a great navigator of the island & its villages. I highly recommend this car service.

5.00Randy, Randy, Randy! Great Lexus LS waiting for us with champagne on ice and snacks. Super friendly and knowledgeable and even comped us some delicious local bread (must do)! We plan on going back in the future and we are definitely using their service again! PS. Pay for the expedited custom service. It’s a no brained and saved us a ton of time!!!!

5.00I highly recommend St. Lucia Travel and Tours for a private transfer to your resort. Our driver, Wilton, was at the airport with a Lexus and a cold bottle of water waiting for us. Our driver was very professional, personable, and informative. He was also a very safe driver! The drive was so comfortable and cool on a hot day of travel. Wilton was early picking us up at our resort to return to the airport. St. Lucia Travel and Tours was the perfect beginning and ending to a wonderful vacation!
Randy and his drivers go the extra mile! Just fantastic.

5.00We had a fantastic experience with St. Lucia Travel and Tours during our first-ever visit to Saint Lucia. Our driver, Ryan, was at the UVF Sandals lounge within minutes of us getting through customs/COVID protocol, and ready with champagne and beer in-hand to help us kick off our honeymoon celebration. He was very welcoming and respectful -- allowing us to chat among ourselves but answered the questions we had along the way. Now, for the incredible part: I accidentally left my iPhone in the car upon our arrival at our resort, and Ryan had departed by the time I realized it. However, that evening, Ryan made a special trip from his home to our resort in Castries to drop it off for me, ensuring that we had no additional stress or worry during our stay -- just phenomenal service. The return trip to the airport was just as enjoyable, and we couldn't recommend this company more. Randy, the owner, was very easy to reach and helpful throughout the booking process. If you're looking for a comfortable ride from UVF to your final destination, look no further than St Lucia Travel and Tours.
