5.00Very good service. On time, professional. Very clean luxury SUV. The driver was also knowledgeable about the island, even telling us about how the islands were formed by tectonic and volcanic processes! (We are nerds and love that stuff). Highly recommend.

5.00We decided to go this route because, although more expensive than a taxi or shared shuttle, there were no “extra” charges for luggage or per person and the 4 of us could be “just family.” Our driver was MARVIN; he was a great young man, very friendly and had some good advice for us as travelers. We actually did the roundtrip with Red (airport to hotel and hotel to airport). Marvin was waiting for us right on time, and had waters for each of us. Very personable, and a careful driver. Would absolutely use this company again. Thank you!

5.00Very professional. Airport was dark and we were greeted with a lightened ipad device with our name on it. At hotel for pickup back to the airport, driver was exactly on time and came to find us in busy lobby. Clean comfortable vehicles and very friendly drivers, who engaged with us on island culture and history. Highly recommend them.

5.00RED Car was excellent and do a tremendous job with our transfers for our business trip. They are extremely professional and provide a safe and comfortable ride around the island. Their drivers are very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend RED for their all around service.

5.00We used Cruz Bay(Red Hat) for airport transportation in St, Thomas. On both journeys our car was on time and large enough to accommodate 11 people with luggage. Both drivers were friendly and professional and offered much assistance loading and unloading. The airport at St. Thomas is small and very condensed and it was extremely crowded ...it would have been a nightmare without the Cuz Bay drivers...Thanks to both of them. I highly recommend their service.

1.00Disappointing experience…the connection at StThomas was chaotic ( to say the least). Was not able to connect with Red Car because whoever was coordinating the passagers from the flight (delayed) directed me to a regular taxi…didn’t find out until we were on our way to the Westin in the taxi! Anyway, the fair was prepaid and not refundable ( apparently). Hopefully the return from the hotel to the airport via Red Car will be smoother ( now that I under process better)
