What To Expect
**AIRPORT ARRIVAL** We are located inside the Airport Arrivals Lobby. After leaving customs with your luggage, you will enter the Arrivals Lobby, where all the stations are numbered from 1 to 21. Upon entering the Arrivals Lobby, make a left turn and then the last right turn. We are located at **REGGAE TOURS DESK # 18**. Please check in here for your waiting transport. **RETURN PICK UP INFORMATION** Your return pick up time will be advised upon arrival when you check in at our airport desk. We will schedule your transfer for you to arrive at the airport approximately 3 hours before your departure flight time. If there are any changes to your departure flight time, please contact us, and we will adjust your pick up time accordingly.

From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and deeply appreciated. He arrived early at Excellence Oyster Bay, waited patiently, and greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. His car was extremely upscale, clean, and comfortable a luxury experience from the moment I stepped in. He opened every door for me, made sure I was comfortable, and engaged in great conversation that made the ride to the airport both peaceful and enjoyable. Most importantly, I felt completely safe and cared for the entire time. Omar’s presence was calming, respectful, and exactly what I needed to end my trip on a high note. 5.00My driver was incredibly friendly, and conversational, (we even had a Pittsburgh connection), and he was authentically curious about why I was there and if it was my first time in Jamaica. He was attentive (and a careful driver) and a genuinely warm individual. My other co-workers had him for later pick-ups and reported the same wonderful experience! Thank you!

5.005 star service. Booked a return airport transfer to a hotel in Motego Bay. They emailed me during my stay confirming our collection time, and responded quickly when I requested an earlier pick up. Driver arrived early on collection and was very friendly. Wouldnt hesitate using them agian
