5.00I had to travel last-minute from Toronto to Negril to retrieve my vacationing elderly father who was hospitalized on his trip. I contacted Ultimate Excursions for transfer from MBJ to Negril the next day. Navar was perfectly helpful. They communicated confirmation of all detail immediately, followed up clearly, provided exceptionally comfortable vehicles and service from arrival organization to their drivers (Peter and Kenneil for my 2 transfers), and even followed up with me after my return to Canada to make sure all went smoothly with my trip and my father’s health. 5.00The pickup from the airport wasn’t too hard to navigate, and on the way to our hotel the driver stopped a couple times, once for a convenience store(the store had good deals but I wouldn't recommend the “other guy” who came through haha), and a couple more stops for photos along the way, including a stop at the Negril Sign! He was very nice, telling us about different places we passed as we went through them. On the way back, our driver was another gentleman named Shamoy, he answered a couple questions I had about the Island and was altogether very nice to talk to. We really enjoyed our trip and may consider booking again when we come back!

5.00Navar and his team of drivers are the best, courteous, professional and entertaining. We arrived on January 12th with a reservation for airport pickup with an earlier scheduled flight time which was delayed by hours which I did not communicate. When arriving about two hours later, I texted Navar to see if he was at the airport, he responded immediately, I am here, I've been waiting for you and quickly stated, "No "Problem Man". We stopped along the way for some "refreshments" and arrived in Negril with our party of 7 safely. Upon departure, his driver picked us up earlier than normal scheduled time (on our request, wife wanted to do some shopping) without hesitation. Fabulous group, highly recommend! Thank you Navar and team.

5.00We were in Jamaica for my brother’s destination wedding and Ultimate excursions arranged our pickup and drop off for the airport. They were on time and so accommodating. He even picked up my nephew when he missed his flight and kept in communication with us because we were so worried. Very professional, reliable and communicative.

5.00They were great! The drivers were on time, helpful, friendly and professional. When we arrived it was raining he brought the car to us so we wouldn’t get wet. My son missed his flight and we were concerned with him traveling by himself the owner personally picked him up and gave us updates up until he dropped him. Oh and they didn’t drive crazy ! Anytime I go to Jamaica I will be using Ultimate Excursions
